Für unseren 3-tätigen Aufenthalt hatten wir -wie vereinbart- vier Tage vor Reiseantritt per Mail u.a. die erwartete Ankunftszeit am Flughafen und vor dem Appartement bestätigt. Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir die Zeiten noch einmal nach Ankunft auf dem Flughafen bei der Vermieterin erneut bestätigen sollten. So warteten wir einige Zeit vor dem Appartement bis über die mitgeteilte Handynr. das Missverständnis geklärt und wir die Schlüssel in Empfang nehmen konnten. Äusserst kulant fanden wir dann, dass die vereinbarte Kaution nicht hinterlegt werden musste. Das Appartement war sauber, behaglich und wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt.

gut und praktisch ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler, verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung, sauber, alles da was man braucht. Zur Innenstadt ist es sehr nah, U bahn in 3 Minuten Gehdistanz. Alles bestens.

Four of us stayed comfortably in the appartment (two of us sleeping on the sofa). There was everything you could need and the place was clean and well presented. The area was OK - we didn't feel particularly unsafe walking around and it was quite quiet. The Sagrada Familia can be seen from the window (if you crane your neck a bit) and it's about a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a metro station within easy walking distance and the city centre is about 3 stops (I think). I would really recommend this accomodation.

Disappointed by ants (hormigas) in the kitchen and bathroom. Oven did not work and no hot water in shower for 3 days. Floors were filthy! And the lift noise was loud enough to wake us up, sounded like drilling above us. Bit far from city centre. Disappointing.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my 3 week stay. It was quiet, close to busses and the metro. Not the greatest neighborhood, but I still felt safe at night when out alone.
