Location of the apartment was great. Apartment is located on one of the narrow streets of Barri Gotic (Gothic Quarter), you really can feel the Barri Gotic atmosphere there. It’s also very close to La Rambla (few minutes walk) and Barceloneta. Contact Person was very helpful and flexible.

Excellent location. Easy to get to the harbour and the town and metro. Mark, the owner was very helpful and always on time. There was some street noise but nothing that a good pair of earplugs couldn't handle. Being two ladies of a certain age we were initially a bit worried about the street but grew to like it and the area. Several good eating places near. I would stay there again.

Everything was great and as described. Lovely apartment in a lovely location. The only downside was that the shutters in the living room didn't close which means that whoever sleeps on the sofa bed has no way of blocking out the early morning light. The sofa bed itself has seen better days and i wouldn't recomend it to anyone who wanted a comfortable nights sleep - sofa bed could also do with a good clean. Other than that we had a great time and if these small problem areas get attention we will definitely return to this apartment. We were allowed a late check out on our final day which was much appreciated.

Very clean, everything in good working order, excellent location - a bit noisy, but remember you're in the middle of Barcelona and everybody's having a good time!

Die Wohnung ist für ein Wochenendtrip sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist genial und die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Geräuschepegel in der Nacht ist halb so schlimm, wenn man sich ein-zwei Rotwein gönnt. Schlafen war uns drei Mädel´s nicht so wichtig.

Mark was great - friendly, responsive, quick to replace a failing hot water heater, and on time for check-in and check-out. The location is very central, within 1 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, tapas, small groceries, internet cafes and interesting stores; 2 or so minutes to La Rambla and Plaza Real; 4 or so minutes walk to the cathedral. The flat is just off the more active streets, so a bit quieter than some given its central location to the nightlife; but Barcelona nights are noisy, and there is a bar downstairs, so plan to stay up and sleep late! The apartment (except the one morning without hot water, now permanently fixed), location and Mark suited us perfectly. Thanks, Mark!

Everything was just as described and we were delighted with the facilities and the location. It was quiet, as promised, and very near to all the places we wanted to be. One very minor point - there was only sofa space for 2 - the rest of us had to sit at the kitchen table when relaxing together.

Die Lage ist zum Erkunden der Altstadt ideal und die Unterkunft sehr nett. Allerdings ist die Nachtbarschaft sehr lebhaft; da kann man u. U. schon mal von leidenschaftlich ausgetragenen Diskussionen, Partys oder der um 1 Uhr morgens vorfahrenden Müllabfuhr geweckt werden.
