Vraiment rien à redire sur l'appartement. il est en tout point parfait. Très bien équipé de surcroit et tres propre.
Idéalement situé, en plein centre de la Ribera, lieu de départ de multiples excursions.
Vraiment une adresse à garder!

We(both 48) stayed here with our 16 year-old daughter and can't recommend the accommodation highly enough. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable, ideally situated and far less noisy than might have been expected, given the location. It wasn't made clear to us on arrival that Sunday check-out was AT 11:00, not UP TO 11:00, but, fortunately, this wasn't a problem. Overall, this is excellent value for money and we would definitely return to one of the apartments in this block.

Secure, controlled entrance, felt quite safe. Apartment very clean although loose covers on sofa could be renewed. Full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be useful. This is second time we\'ve used these apartments and would use them again.

Very cosy flat in a brillant location - no street noise at all. Lots of useful touches and very nice contact people. Would definitely go back. Also it's absolutely fine for chidren.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and would definately recommend it to all our friends.
The accommodation itself was lovely and very clean, everything that we needed was at hand.

Excellent apartment with many thoughtful touches. Very clean and everything was in terrific condition. Will definitely stay here again, and would give highest recommendation to anyone wanting to stay in this hip area of Barcelona.

The accommodation was fantastic, brilliant location and VERY clean and well equiped. The only negative point is that is quite noisy at weekends. After a few glasses of sangria this isn't a problem!!!
