The apartment was very comfortable, and clean. We had all we needed incl in the kitchen. We would rent it again!

RAVES: We loved the place. Nice layout to the large rooms. The beds were luscious. The location, for us, was PERFECT. Nearby there are several supermarkets, decent and inexpensive restaurants, and many friendly watering holes. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: The TV is a bit small for the room it's in. As for the stereo, get a unit with an attached I-Pod cable as most people don't travel with CDs these days. The dining room chairs were a bit uncomfortable and not comparable to the other seating. They should be replaced so as to invite dining there. OVERALL: We would most DEFINTIELY stay here again!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern versehen. So liess die Wohnung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Im Haus liegt die Wohnung in der 5. Etage, ein Fahrstuhl geht bis in die 4. Etage. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die wohnung aber sehr ruhig nach hinten bzw. zu einem Innenhof. Das Haus liegt im lebendigen Gründerzeitviertel Eixample, dass bedeutet ein Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke, ein Wein- und Cavahändler im Nachbarhaus und eine Bar und Restaurantauswahl, die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Zu drei verschiedenen Metrolinien jeweils 10 - 15 Minuten Fussweg, Bus - Stop vorm Haus, Taxi vom Flughafen ca. 25 Euro. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung ohne Probleme. Ich würde die Wohnung in jedem Fall wieder Buchen.

Die Wohnung war einfach traumhaft, hell, sehr großzügig angelegt und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht! Außerdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen und die Kontaktperson Jeff ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nächstes Mal wieder!

5 sur 5 Appartement idéalement situé dans un environnement résidentiel et calme . L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé, idéal pour 2 couples. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire , celui-ci nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre week end.

We all enjoyed staying in the apartment and were pleased with how clean it was. The area was very good and we felt wery safe. The owner Jeff was really nice and very helpful.
