Appartment war sehr niedlich und absolut sauber! Eigentümer durchaus hilfsbereit, freundlich und nett. Lage war perfekt. Zentral gelegen, nahe vom Zentrum und des Strandes. Mussten nie die U-Bahn benützen. Von dort aus ist alles bestens zu Fuss erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil des Appartments: Umgebung am Wochenende ein wenig laut. Aber vielleicht war auch nur ein Fest zu diesem Zeitpunkt

Das Appartment war sehr sauber, klasse eingerichtet und die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist leider ein wenig dunkel. Ansonsten kann man das Appartment nur empfehlen. Jedem sollte aber bewusst sein, dass man in Barceloneta \"mitten im Leben\" wohnt. Aber das macht ja auch den speziellen Charakter aus. Wir lieben es jedenfalls, da wir nun schon das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht haben.

The Apartment I booked was excellent, was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The location was ideal, close to the harbour yet only 10-15 mins walk from La Ramblas and the Gothic Quater. I would definately book it again.

18/20 L'accueil était on ne peut plus aimable. Le logement nous a plu, le propriétaire était très aimable et arrangeant. La seule petite restriction pour un enthousiasme total fut la difficulté à garer notre voiture à l'arrivée. Pas de garage ni parking disponible à proximité.Mon épouse étant handicapée, nous avons,après quelques tours du quartier, trouvé une place qui était réservée aux handicapés avec carte européenne à sept minutes de marche du logement.

It\'s a really nice flat and everything has been like described. The owner is very friendly. We stayed for 5 or 6 days and for the two of us (my fiancé and me)it was a great time. You could hear some noise in the bedroom from the bar/restaurant which is next to the apartment, but that didn\'t bother us. We would not recommened the apartment for four people though since two people have to sleep in the living room which is directly behind the front door. We enjyoed our stay very much and we liked being close to the city centre and the beach as well.

Lovely apartment in a very good location; landlord was very pleasant.

Logement agréable car rénové depuis peu, mais très mal isolé du bruit. Il est mitoyen avec un bar très animé (dans le bar et dans la rue, donc contre la porte d'entrée du logement qui est au rez-de-chaussée), jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. Le quartier est très bien situé. Le loueur est disponible et parle un peu français.

The apartment is superbly central: to the beach, Las Ramblas, Barri Gotic, the metro stqtions of Barceloneta and Drassane In the close neighbourhood highlights include Can Mano for reasonably priced meals (but book first for dinner; from eight), and the bakery Baluard, which sells the most wonderful bread, especially the cereal loaf apartment is well equipped, with an excellent little kitchen, frig etc, so that you can eat in if you wish Sleeping is good although only single beds (2) Barceloneta has one slightly unusual aspect, an olour; redolent of sewage, stronger at some times than others El Periodico has published stories on this, but one gets used to the aroma Landlord Jordi qnd his wife Anna are charming qnd helpful You can always reach him on his mobile This is helpful in an emergency, like the night we were jumped by three gypsies in nearby Barri Gothic (bag snatchers) but lost nothing thankfully but the key to the apartment in the scuffle Jordi qrrqnged a replacenebt pronto after we called him In summary in a nonth therer we felt very much pqrt of the local scene We would definately recommend the apartment to anyone who really wants to enjoy fully such a fqntqstic city, full of art and archictectual treasures and terrific open frank people

Ref. Location: perfect location, between the beach and the city center and close to metro and train station, but quite noisy street, especially in the night.

leicht zu finden - kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Altstadt - angenehmes Wohnambiente - problemloser Kontakt zum Vermieter - angenehmer Aufenthalt - prima Adresse für Barcelona (natürlich hört man die Kneipe von nebenan, aber das gehört in Barcelona dazu)
