Appartement bien �quip�, grande chambre principale mais petite chambre secondaire et tr�s petite salle de bain. La t�l�vision recoit mal et il n\'y a que des chaines espagnoles. Le contact est tr�s sympathique et parle anglais (mais pas fran�ais).

Great apartment! some of the sewers in the area stink but we never had a problem with this location. Very east to get to anywhere from here. Lots of interesting places to eat near by.

Für 4 Personen ist das Appartement meiner Ansicht nach zu klein, da das zweite Zimmer so winzig ist, dass man sich darin kaum bewegen kann. Aber sonst ist alles in gutem Zustand und die nahe Lage zum Meer/Strand ist genial. Ich würde das Appartement wieder mieten.

el piso es pequeno pero bonito y no falta nada en el piso. Incluso hay una lavadora de ropa. La ubicacion es perfecta porque esta al lado de la playa y del puerto y hay supermercados.

Since I was in this apartment last time, it has been renovated, and the quality of the accomodation has increased positively. Also this time I appreciatedvery much the gorgeous location so nearby the beach and in such a interesting part of Barcelona.

Appartement très agréable, dans un quartier calme, à 1 minute de la plage, des commerces, des bus, à 10 minutes du métro et 15 du centre à pieds. 2 chambres dans une si petite surface, c'est agréable même si l'une d'elle est vraiment très étroite (mais avec jour). Quelques petites réparations à prévoir dans le logement, très habitable quand même.
Personne de contact sympathique et ponctuelle, mais ne parlant qu'espagnol.

It was definitely worth the price, and the location so close to the beach was gorgeous. Barceloneta is a very pleasant region of BCN.
The accomodation was very clean and nicely furnished. Only the curtains needed to be fixed again and more solidly. I sure will book again in this apartment soon.
