Accommodation location was really brilliant. Frontage to a laneway made it a tad noisy, but for the price, what can one expect?
The owners were more than charming and it's true that they do not speak a single word of English, so be prepared to confirm the booking via a Spanish speaker! Owners were prompt and efficient, ensuring we were in and out as quickly as possible.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ruhig. Leider konnte man aus keinem der beiden Fenster den Himmel sehen um festzusellen wie das Wetter denn so ist oder wird.

Appartamento centralissimo, a soli 2 minuti dal centro della rambla. E' dotato di tutti i confort, proprietari gentilissimi (che parlano però soltanto spagnolo) e pulizia ottimale!

It is already for the 6th (!) time that I stayed at this apartment:
the location in the center of Barcelona is perfect!, the apartment is comfortable and the owners(Mr en Mrs Puig) are very nice and helpful.You can't find a better place for this price !

Excellent apartment in the center of Barcelona.
Mr and Mrs Puig are very friendly indeed.
A pity that there is no outside window or balcony: it is not possible to look outside.
