This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood but if there is any noise it will reverberate in the narrow streets. The AC/heating system makes it possible to make it very quiet even for light sleepers. There is a market in a nearby plaza and lots of stores on the street to buy bread, meat, vegetables, and beverages. Don't be put off by the dingy, well-worn entry stairway. It is a well-equipped, clean, pleasant, modern apartment.

We have only words of praise for this apartment. Apart from being really nice and new, with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay, it is situated in a very nice building, in a wonderfully picturesque part of Barcelona. Also, on the one hand the beach is 2 minutes away, while on the other there is a nice 10-15 minutes walk to La Rambla. However, this apartment might not be the best choice for somebody looking for piece and quiet - if you like the windows open, it is quite noisy, with a lot of commotion going on long into the night and starting early in the morning. The contact person - the owner of the flat - is very friendly and helpful, and what is very important for some of us - speaks English.

This is the second time we have returned to this accommodation and will continue to do so- the place is spotless and comfortable-Jordi and his wife are lovely and the location is perfect for us. I have no hestitation whatsoever in recommending this apartment- we look forward to seeing jordi and his wife next year!!
