appartement parfaitement situ�, grand, tres propre

Apartment was modern and clean. Two bathrooms was useful as there were 5 of us staying. Location is good for the metro, restaurants and the gothic centre. If there is any street noise down below, it didn\'t affect us on the 3rd floor. We will stay here again next time we come to Barcelona.

This apartment was fabulous. Its\' location can\'t be beat as it was near fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping. The metro stop was less than a block away. Our contact person was very nice. She met us o time and gave us maps and advice on sightseeing. There was some street noise late at night, but not enough to bother us. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to Estacio de Blanca and you can get a direct train from the airport. Check out taller de tapas across the road, the best tapas in Spain !!!Evenigs spent drinking rioja in the square bliss.

Very clean and nice apartement for five persons in central location. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book this again. Nevertheless, some negative details: - The fuse for the kitchen is too weak. We could not use the toaster in the kitchen without blowing the fuse. - The toaster itself produced only dark to black slices. We always had to stop it manually for getting lightly toasted slices. Moreover, the slices were toasted only on one side. - The air conditioning worked fine only in the living room. The other two devices were not okay.

Nice accommodation and a perfect location

Apartment was spotlessly clean, sunny and fresh. Very central location, near a metro stop and not too noisy (a little street noise but not too bad). The only problem we had was actually locating the front door as the street numbering is strange and the number '6' above the door is very high up and hard to see - it would be very helpful to give more detailed instructions on how to find the door (e.g. almost opposite Hotel Oriental etc)

Beste Lage - mitten im Geschehen. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen werden, ist der Lärm Nachts auch erträglich.

The accommodation was fantastic - even better than it looks on the website. Not one single complaint! Will be back!

The apartment I shared with my son was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this accommodation with one caveat: the Gotic is a noisy area and if you are adverse to nighttime noise you may want to stay in a more out-of-the-way spot. As far as convenience, the location can't be beat.
