Die Unterkunft war sehr modern (ich glaube es war alles von IKEA eingerichtet)und ist auf jeden Fall f�r bis zu 5 Personen bestens geeignet. Ohrenst�psel unbedingt mitnehmen, in der Nacht ist es meistens laut (Fester/Nachbarn). Lage ist super, von hier aus kann man sehr viel zu Fu� (B�cker um die Ecke, Supermarkt, Caffees,etc..)erreichen. Achtung: Vermieter kann nur Spanisch. Mit ein bisschen Englich oder Italienisch gehts aber auch. Ist aber sehr nett!

The accommodation was just as I had expected and the owner was very nice, though neither of us spoke each others language! That didn't matter. As I had a slight altercation with a local youth it did make me slightly wary of the area in which the flat was located.

very nice place. it won't be no 5 star hotel but you aren't paying 5 star prices either. It slep us 5 comfortably. it is only like 5 min walk to the Ramblas and along the way is many cool non touristy shops, bars, and restaurants that are 1/2 the price of what you'll pay on the Ramblas and just as good. Also the market is only 3min walk away. Mr. Martinez is a very helpful man. Eventhough he speaks very little english everything work out 100%, and he even arranged a cab to pick us up on the day we left. I could definatly see myself staying here again in the future.

8/10 Appartement trés spacieu, cependant il est assez sombre. Trés bonne situation dans la ville (nous étions à pieds). Propreté irréprochable.

The apartment was in perfect condition. Only one very small thing: We've missed a small tray in the shower to place your shower gel and shampoo bottle on. You could maybe inform Alfredo Martinez Ruiz about it.
