Schön, sauber und gemütlich! Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt! Gute Lage! Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert und die Frau war sehr nett und hilfreich!

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement, sehr sauber und freundliche Vermieterin/Hausmeisterin. Ideale, zentrale Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

We had a very good time in Barcelona and the appartment and the service of the housekeeper make it even nicer.

The accomodation was terrific: enough room for the five of us, inside as well as outside, furniture and kitchen supplies most complete and the interior and decoration ever so tastefully. The pictures on the internet don't do the place justice! The apartment was clean and tidy, without becoming sterile. The location was good, a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood next to the gothic quarter and with metro and shops very nearby. At the back side of the apartment was a big terrace that was very quiet, a great place to eat or sit outside even in Octobre. The contact person was very nice, kept her appointments and gave assistance in finding a big taxi or letting us stay a bit longer on departure day.

10/10 très très bon séjour dans un très très bel appartement propre et agréable.

Optimal zum Stadtzentrum gelegen ( Zu Fuß 10 min. zur Rambla und 15 min. zum Hafen ), von der U-Bahn Station Sant Antoni nur ca. 300 m entfernt, so dass man nahezu alle Ziele bequem erreichen kann. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, die man auch gut mit 6 Personen belegen kann. Perfekt ist die sehr ruhige Lage im Innenhof mit der großen Terrasse im Erdgeschoss, so dass man hier bei entsprechendem Wetter bis spätabends draussen sitzen kann. Kontaktperson war sehr nett und pünktlich. Da die Wohnung am Tag unserer Abreise nicht vermietet war, konnten wir auch bis zum späten Nachmittag die Wohnung nutzen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen, zumal viele Einkaufsläden und Gaststätten / Tapa-Buden / Imbisse und Internet-/Telefonräume in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.

Eine sehr schöne und aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Raval ist ein sehr interressantes, multikulturelles Viertel. Wir als Grossstadtmenschen aus Hamburg fanden uns dort sehr gut zurecht. Die Kontaktpersonen waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

What a great find. So close to metro, little stores, bakeries, little bars, not far from Las Ramblas (about 5-8 min walk.) Service of land lady and cleaning lady: excellent!

Cómoda y confortable, con todo el equipamiento y situación centrica para que la estancia en Barcelona fueran unos verdaderos días de vacaciones tanto para nuestros hijos como para nosotros. Pat, la persona de contacto fué muy amable y atenta.

this unit is extremely nice and comfortable, and roomy. the outdoor patio is especially nice. The unit was quiet although the upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. the location has some very good and very bad. Its well situated between the San Antoni subway stop on one side, and La Rambla on the other side. Both easy walks. The bad is that the walk is not a pretty one. The airconditioning worked VERY well which is a consideration in the summer. On the TV you couldn't get any english stations.
