Had to turn the (automatic) fuse back on a few times, because it didn't always withstand the electric load. Climbing the stairs to the apartment was just good exercise."

Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement mais sinon iest reltivemen grand, les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est très joli et très propre, une fois le nettoyeur venu (4h après la prise de l'appartemnt qui était alors vraiment sale). La personne de contact était très sympatique et parlait bien anglais mais elle était aussi très en retard. Une fois atteri, elle nous a avertit que le check-in se ferait 2h plus tard que prévenu, nous avond donc du poireauter en attendant de pouvoir prendre nos apppartements. En arrivant, les locataires précédents n'étaient pas partis quand nous somment arrivés à l'heure indiquée, et la personne de contact est arrivée avec une demi heure de retard. Sinon il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, mais c'était finalement très agréable puisque les températures en fin juillet sont bien chaudes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour même si le premier jour nous avons été très mécontent de la lenteur des services. Cet appartement convient très bien a une équipe de jeunes amis qui veulent venir en vacances au centre de Barcelone pour pas cher, mais serait peut-être un mauvais plan pour une famille, à cause des 102 marches d'escaliers et de la chaleur la nuit. "

6   Nom : Larisa Remesnik   Période de location :  De 11-09-2008 à 17-09-2008   Satisfaction globale 6   Type de logement 6   Lieu 6   Personne de contact 8   Commentaires : "When we came first from the airport the apartment place the contact person told us that there is pipe problem in the apartment, and now people working to fix it, and we have to stay for 3 days in another apartment. we are 4 people, parents and two children and need 3 beds,while in the alternative apartment we received there was only 2 beds, what made us to sleep each child with each parent because children are grown and from different gender, that was the main problem, also there was no door in the bathroom and apartment was very small, one big room with 2 beds,kitchen,bathroom and build-in wall to some-how create looking of another room. The buttom line is that the alternative apartment was very bad. We asked for different alternative apartment from the beginning but we were told that there is no apartment close enough so we agreed. after 3 days we moved to the apartment that we ordered finally, and the difference was huge. real apartment with 3 different bedrooms, big bathroom with 2 toiltes and good beds. from now on, conditions were good. the apartments are close to the Rambla street, 8 minutes walk, but the disadvantage is the people that living inside that square.one time in night there was a police, and the faces in night not so gentle, asian poeple stand and stare at you, and it may seem scary , but after few days get used to it, and they are not harmful. "

Quite central, 10 minute walk from La Ramblas. Met outside apartment by Ramon who spoke no English but communicating was ok. Deposit returned when leaving - No problems. Only real negative is the stairs! Would not suit wheelchair or family with small kids. Everything else was fine!"

Was in need of some minor repair work and decoration. Had a problem with hot water boiler on arrival but managed to fix it myself but contact was very efficient at arranging repair although it was not needed. You may get fed up of the climb to the top floor but it served its purpose."
