The apartment is lovely and in a fantastic part of town. We loved having the terrace area to sit out on and felt the apartment was clean, well cared for and a lovely feel - quite quirky. The local contact KIKI was wonderful and helped us sort a taxi on the last day. The contact with Julia before we arrived was also great. They were both really helpful. I cannot praise our trip highly enough. I will recommend it to everyone and hope to return with my family.

Schöne Lage, altes aber interssantes Gebäude mit sehr kleinem Treppenhaus, für ältere Leute nicht geeignet.
Toller Blick auf die Dächer von Barcelona.

A very nice flat, in an area of Barcelona filled with a local spirit. The toilet-door could do with a change - its pretty hard to operate...

Great location in Barcloneta. Reasonably quiet street. Less than 5 minutes to Metro and beach. 1 minute to internet and the central food market. 15 minutes walking to bottom of Las Ramblas. Flat was clean and well equipped. The 4 flights of stairs were a daily chore but by the end of the week we didn´t notice them!
I would definitely be happy to rent this apartment again.

La personne qui était chargée de nous recevoir a été charmante et efficace. De plus elle parlait très bien le français, ce qui a simplifié les choses.Elle était ponctuelle etnous a contacté plusieurs fois avant notre arrivée pour nous donner des infos.Un seul point négatif: elle n'a pas su nous donner des explications sur le système de parking qui s'est avéré être un cauchemard!
