j'ai passer un excellent séjour dans cet appartement . très bien situé. cela fai deux fois déjà. et je compte bien y revenir l'été prochain !!!

Location perfect, the beach is less than 5 minutes away, and both Barceloneta metro station and estation de francis (direct railway line to airport) are within walking distance. This means the whole of Barcelona really accessible. Accomadation is fine for a really close group of friends or a couple as it is basically one room, and there is a double bed with a sofa bed! Everything fairly clean except the floor which was gritty under foot. No cooker but two hobs which is fine, but not particularly practical if you plan to self cater. Land Lord was charming and exceptionally kind and helpful. I reccommend this to students as it is really good value especially for the location and there is a really cheap supermarket and market about a 1 minute walk away!! Overview: Don't expect anything exceptional but it is clean and fresh with all basic needs catered for complete with friendly atmosphere and superb location.
