Wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zu den Ramblas. 100 Meter zur Metro, 200 zum Hafen. Kleine, nicht befahrene Straße. (Taxi kam vor die Tür). Nachts einige Gruppen wild schnatternde Touristen. Sonst angenehme Ruhe und ein gutes Bett!
TV: Leider nur SAT 1. Einkaufen: Nächste Straße. Wir 2 aus Bremen waren 8 Tage im März-Apr. 08. dort

Appartamento pulito e confortevole, in ottima posizione. Fermata Metro sotto casa (Drassanes - Linea verde) che porta ai principali monumenti da visitare.

appartement tres bien situer!las ramblas a deux pas,et peu bruyant plutot quartier calme et tres propre,par contre juste pour quatre et cher pour la prestations!!

Excellent accommodation, very clean, quiet, maybe 100 ft from La Rambla, in a building with elevator. Ramon, the owner, was waiting for us when we arrived (we were late) and he came right on time when we left (and he returned the deposit). Ramon speaks very good English, which helped us a lot. We are recommending this place to all our friends. Thank you, Ramon.

hi everybody, we stayed in this apartment for few days during 08/2006. the apartment was lovely and very clean. it has a great location, but still, it's quiet (good windows). it has everything you need, and the owner is very very nice and happy to help. we most will surely go back there next time... highly recommended. Excellent accueil.
Appartement situé au 1er étage, un peu trop bruyant ( 2 bars et un restaurant au rez de chaussée) et pas très bien insonorisé. Quant au reste, de bon standing.

Very noisy location, into early hours of morning 2 - 3am and lane it is onis used by street vendors and their trolleys from 6am.......
Response from the owner: Thanks to this feedback the owner of this apartment has now rectified the problem and has installed new sound-proofing Windows throughout the flat.
Réponse du propriétaire : Merci pour le feedback, le propriétaire a réglé le problème et a installé du double vitrage aux fenêtres.
Risposta del proprietario: grazie a questo commento, il proprietario ha provveduto a risolvere il problema dotando l'alloggio di doppie finestre.
Antwort vom Besitzer: Dank dieser Bewertung hat der Besitzer des Apartments das Problem behoben und es wurden neue schalldichte Fenster in der gesamten Wohnung eingebaut.
