The apartment was very nice.
It is in a nice neighborhood near a brewery and a little supermarket. There are a couple of nice bakeries nearby and the Segrada Familia was a short walk away.
The lobby was being renovated when we first arrived, so it was comical when we opened the door to the lobby only to see bags of concrete and cinder-block walls.
The apartment was clean and well kept and the balcony was a nice place for lunch.
This was our first time renting an apartment and it turned out to be a great experience.

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all necessary appliances. No internet connection was however unexpected and a major downfall.

The apartment was new refurbished and had all mod-cons, except DVD player. None of the normal folders and toursit information which you would expect in slef catering.
A nice quite location, with a playpark near by. Need to change on the metro if you are going anywhere and limited access for prams on most metro stops.
The balcony and windows have no secure locks, difficult with toddlers!
Oh and you are expected to pay the deposit and rent for your apartment in cash only!!!
