Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Position is excellent - very central. Two 2-seater sofas rather than one 3-seater would be an improvement, and a teapot would be a nice touch.

The apartment and location is brilliant and was very clean and tidy and would definitly stay there again. There are alot of stairs (although I knew this already) which was fine but would be a problem if you have alot of luggage.

L'appartamento è bellissimo e si trova sulla rambla, l'unico inconveniente sono i 112 gradini!Attenzione che l'appartamento non ha parcheggio per l'auto, cosa che invece risultava nella descrizione! nel complesso consigliato.

L'appartamento era davvero in ottime condizioni:nuovo e super accessoriato.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, jedoch benötigt man eine gute Kondition, um die 113 Stufen im engen Treppenhaus zu bewältigen (z.B. mit Koffern oder nach dem Einkaufen...)

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé si on veut être au centre ville et à deux pas de la Rambla ! Même si le questier de Raval est parfois critiqué pour ses particulières fréquentations, nous avons beaucoup apprécié de voir que c'est un quartier très populaire et sympathique. L'appartement était exactement comme il était décrit, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Même s'il faut monter 114 marches d'escaliers pour arriver au 5ème étage, le coup d'oeil sur les toits avoisinnants vaut le coup. La seule petite critique, est la nuisance sonore qui provient parfois de la terrasse de ll'auberge de jeunesse à côté. Mais il faut nbien que jeunesse se fasse. les fenêtres sont par contre très bien insonorisées.

Overall the accomodation was very good. The internet connection however was very bad and at some days I could not get connected. If you are someone that needs internet connection for business reasons even though on holiday, then this is not the place for you.

Extremely clean and tidy accomodation with a very friendly host (Simon?). Plenty of space for 2 or even 3 people. Absolutely no noise, even though you're 100 meters away from the Ramblas! Airconditioning in living room and 1 of the bedrooms (not in the second bedroom though). A television set with 640 different channels, not all of them very entertaining. The only disadvantage: it's six floors up and there's no elevator. Very hard to get upstairs in hot weather after a couple of glasses of wine. Apart from that: we had an excellent stay, and would reccomend it to any group of 2 or 3 young people.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.
