Ein tolles kleines Appartement, aber mit großzügigem Balkon im wunderschönen Hafenviertel gelegen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht auch den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen, allerdings insgesamt ein wenig kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Es regnet bei Unwetter leider im Bad ein wenig durch und schimmelt leicht. Aber sehr nette Kontaktperson und nur geringe Entfernung zum Meer, ca. 300m.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf Barcelona. Nicht so sauber geputzt, vorallem Spüle und Geschirr. Für 2 Personen super.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht in Ordnung.
Im Bad war an den Wänden Schimmel, sowie in dem Bereich vor dem Bad, war eine ganze Ecke der Wand übersäht mit Schwarzen Schimmel
ferner fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch zum abtrocknen

Kompakte schöne komplett IKEA-eingerichtete Wohnung im 6. Stock (genau 150 Stufen) im Herzen von Baceloneta. Für 2 Personen super, für 4 vielleicht etwas eng (hat auch jeweils nur 2 Stühle auf dem Balkon und im der Wohnung). Super Balkon und wenn man sich etwas über den Balkon beugt sieht man auch das Meer in der für Baceloneta typischen Häuserschluchten. Das ganze hat Einheimischen-Flair. Man kann ebenfalls auf die Dachterasse und hat hierfür einen Schüssel.
Alles in allem war es für mich die perfekte Unterkunft! Einzig die fehlende Möglichkeit sein Gepäck am Abreise-Tag unterzustellen kann bei späten Flügen zum Problem werden, da der Bahnhof bei Barceloneta keine Gepäckaufbewahrung hat. Wir konnten dies jedoch in einem Restaurant gegenüber unterstellen.

Tiny appartment on the fifth floor of a shabby building accessed by 10 flights of steps in a dirty narrow stairwell - 120 steps up !!
I have angina and therefore the stairs were a nightmare. After all that effort there was no toilet roll or drinking water. I wish we had walked straight away and am writing separately to claim a refund on the excessive rent 367euros !!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il proprietario è una persona molto cortese e disponibile, la posizione è stupenda, vicino al mare e al centro della città.

Very nice little flat. BUT as I write VERY small. Bedroom fits only bed. But ververy clean, very modern. Nice little balcony. THe Contact guy was very nice. We arrived 1 hour too early (things happen...) but he was there already... great. BUT when wanting to leave on 11 am he didnt show up for half our. sh... happens. but very nice person and good in english. Berceloneta is a little ^boring. next time i'd go more uptown. but beach is quiet close. good for jogging. thats the advantage. not noisy! no elevator (250 narrow, steap stairs...)

Le descriptif prévoyais une chaine hifi qu'il n'y avait pas.
La distance a la mer est plus de 200m que 50m mais ce n'est qu'un detail!
Manque d'un peu d'équipement pour faire la cuisine.
La caution à du etre payée en liquide et non en chèque...pas terrible!
