Buona la posizione ed i servizi. Due limiti: 1) manca l'ascensore, le scale sono strette e ripide e l'atrio lascia un pò a desiderare; 2) l'appartamento è stato prenotato per quattro persone: la camera matrimoniale è abbastanza spaziosa... quella con i letti a castelli davvero troppo piccola.

Appartamento splendido, completo di tutto il necessario per trascorrere il proprio soggiorno. Situato in una zona non centralissima ma con metro a 500 mt e supermercato iperfornito proprio di fronte lo stabile. Eccellente!!

Das Apartment war spitze. Die Lage war gut, es war für spanische Verhältnisse ruhig und die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der Vermieter war total nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen. Lediglich das Stockbett war nicht das Bequemste.

The bedding and towels in the unit where very poor. The sheets in the closet had not been washed, just folded and put in the closet. Dishes had been rinsed previously but not washed. We had to rewash all the of dishes and utensils. There was no dish soap. The Contact Person was great and we where very pleased with the service. But the standards for the cleaning people where poor.

Well situated in a pleasant area between Rablas and Montjuic areas - both are within walking distcnce. There is also a metro station close by and a supermarket just across the road. Apartment was clean and great value for a family of 4. It was occassionally noisy (scooters and car horns at ungodly hours) however I think this is a feature of Barcelona generally - we got used to it after the first night. For those less physically able, the apartment is on the second floor so there a lot of steps to negotiate.

The contact person does not really speak much english. The apartment was light, modern and decorated well but we\'re not sure if it was kept very clean, the towels had a stale musty smell and the bed linen didn\'t seem to have been changed as we would wake up with bites all over our bodies.

Lo que notamos allí era un olor muy fuerte a humedad (hongos?) que casi no se podía evitar durante toda la estancia. Para decir la verdad, las sábanas y los cubiertos podrían haber estado más limpios. Y espero que hayan cambiado la silla del water! Pero en total, el piso era muy bien y pasamos una semana muy agradable allí.

The apartment is excellently situated directly across the road from a supermarket and round the corner from a variety of restaurants. The contact person was really friendly but doesn't speak much English.

C'est réellement parfait, l'acceuil trés sympatique, l'appartement quand à lui etait genial.

a good choice but kind of much noise fron the streets but thats normal in barcelona
