The apartments are in the best of locations, the left side of the Eixample district. It's to 5 min walking distance of Plaça Universitat and 10 min away from Plaça Catalunya, Les Rambles and Passeig de Gràcia. This is where the bourgeoisie of Barcelona has always lived and where you will find impressive buildings and Modernists palaces such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Casa Milà, Casa Amatller, Casa Lleó Morera.

There is a daily cleaning service, and complete cleaning 2 days a week, including a change of bed linen and towels, for stays of longer than 7 nights. Once the reservation has been made the hotel will preauthorise the credit card provided and charge a deposit to guarantee the reservation. The rest is payable upon arrival.
