Appartement climatisé avec une terrasse privée dans le quartier Gothique

The flat is definately run down, but we have experienced much worse in e.g. India. It served the purpose and there was a nice rooftop terrasse.

The location could not be faulted, the weather during our stay (October) was exeptionaly warm so the roof terrace was well used. The apartment was clean and comfortable only critisism is that the apartment would benefit from a face lift/repainting

The Bad Apartment would really benefit from a lick of paint and a new kitchen window. One of te electrical sockets in the back bedroom scared the beejeezus out of me and there's no aircon in there either. There was a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen. The patio chairs are past their best. The ...Good The location is excellent, the owner could not have been more helpful. The beds, bed linen and towels were spotless. Leaving the kitchen light on when we went out at night stopped the roaches coming into the kitchen. There is a big electric fan in the bedroom that doesn't have aircon which helped. The balcony is fab. The kitchen is really well equipped. Would I stay here again? Probably not as a four but as a two, yep no problems as then we could have aircon in the bedroom. Please decorate and smarten up the apartment C!! :) 

Dear client, Oh thanks you for your comments. Having reviewed the state of the flat, the owner informs us that during the month of November he is going to do maintenance work on the apartment that includes the painting of the walls, the replacement of some furniture and the fixing of the broken plugs. He also guarantees that the problem with the cockroaches will be fixed immediately, through the appropriate treatments.

L'appartement est super, bien placé,avec une terrace vraiment jolie, mais bon il fait un peu vieux tout de même et bon nous avons trouvé des petites bestioles dans la cuisine et le salle de bain qui n'est pas trop chouette. Mais sinon l'appartement vraiment bien.

Mise en place a vécu un peu, mais tout fonctionnait. Personne de contact très amical et utile. Emplacement très bon, très bruyants.

Einrichtung ein wenig abgewohnt, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Kontaktperson sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut, hoher Lärmpegel.

L\'appartement est ayant besoin de réparation et sont trouvé cafards.

El propietario ha tomado todas las medidas necesarias para asegurar el buen estado del apartamento. Ante cualquier incidencia, se tiene que contactar directamente durante la estancia con la persona de contacto o con el departamento de Atención al Cliente abierto todos los días entre las 11h y las 20h.

Très bon endroit pour chacun qui vient voir Barcelone dans la plus commode.

Tout était parfait!! J\'ai eu à envoyer un courriel au propriétaire pour un lit de baby´s, et il a pris un pour moi sans aucun hassels. Le site est facile à utiliser, et le service à la clientèle a été fantastique. I´m très heureux et utilisation de I´d OH encore une fois.

Everything was perfect!! I had to email the owner for a baby´s cot, and he arranged one for me without any hassels. The website is easy to use, and the customer service was fantastic. I´m very happy, and I´d use OH again.
