Appartement pour 4 personnes situé au quartier du Born

Appartement très propre, mobilier neuf. Immeuble très agréable, avec ascenseur. Idéalement situé sur rue piétonne, très silencieux, proche du port et des remblas, dans quartier très bien fréquenté. Personnel agréable, et serviable. Nous étions un couple avec un bébé, et le petit +, ils avaient même pensés à installer en plus du lit bébé quelques jouets.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung. sehr zentrale Lage und eine völlig ausreichende Ausstattung- . Lärm auf der Straße bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht hörbar. Außerdem gibt es ja noch 2 Schläfzimmer nach hinten raus.

It was very clean, well kept, and it far exceeded our expectations. It provided a very comfortable home for us during our stay.

The equipment and location of the appartement is exactly as indicated. The location is extremely good for sightseeing tours or going to the beach, etc. It was very clean and cosy. We felt very comfortable but we really missed air condition in the third sleeping room. There is air condition in the living room which reaches also the main sleeping room and air condition in one of the other two sleeping rooms. In summer the room without air condition cannot really be used for sleeping. The kitchen is simply but completely equipped for four people including coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and washing machine. There is not much space for hanging clothes or towels for drying outside but it is o.k. There are too little pots for normal cooking but for breakfast, scrambled eggs and simple meals it is o.k. Fortunately we have read before that knives and cutting boards are rare so it was good that we brought our own knives and cutting boards for cutting fruits ect. with us. There is one cutting board but this is in a bad condition. The knives are either too big or too small so that you cannot really work with. The living room and main sleeping room go to the pedestrian area where are lots of tapa bars but the windows close really excellently. You do not hear any noise from the street during night or siesta when the windows are closed. The location is really excellent with supermarket, metro and bus very close. We have stayed there for twelve days one couple and one child 12 years. We would recommend this appartement. The contact was always very good, warm-hearted as well as obliging and effective. Thank you very much for the last day's managing. This helped a lot.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a fantastic location and, although it was situated on a busy pedestrian street, was extremely quite.

The location was excellent, but there was significant street noise.

Apartment was comfortable but modest. It was very clean and the location could not be beat. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance to many, many of Barcelona's attractions, very close to metro stop and just a few blocks to the Barceloneta area. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience with staff. They were helpful and punctual. We rent lots of apartments overseas and this was the best and easiest experience to date. They were very accommodating and made sure our needs were met.

The contact person probably could have spent a few more minutes with us in the apartment. She gave us some maps but an information sheet ( i.e restaurant recommendations etc).about the neighborhood would have been a nice touch. Wasn't a big deal but would have been appreciated since we had just arrived. I would definitely use this company again. Everything was represented accurately. The apartment was clean and looked just like the photo. We loved the location. When booking they were very responsive to all my questions and reservations. I really had nothing to worry about. The apartment was lovely and the neighborhood was charming. We were very pleased with Oh Barcelona
