Appartemeent à Barcelone, proche de l'ancien port de la ville

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf Grund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Persönlich würde ich diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

We felt at home in this appartment straight away! We found it as described on the webpage and in the photos - the atmosphere was great! S. the contact person, was very helpfull and charming, and always tried to fix the minor problems right away. The location is ideal, extremely central but in a quiet and safe sidestreet (quiet for Spanish standards). Especially loved the bright rooms to the street and the balcony! Only things to be changed in future: it would be important to have more than one key card for an appartment fitted for 4 or even 6 people, and there should be measures taken against mould in the shower and under the kitchen sink.

The accomodation was filthy, particularly the bathroom and the shower, which was black with mould (I have a number of photos which I can e-mail if you give me the address). The walls and floor were also grimy and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. It was so bad we were unable to relax in the apartment and it spoilt our enjoyment of the wonderful city of Barcelona. For the cost, we would have been far better off in a standard hotel room. Although very close to the old city and Las Ramblas, the apartment is located in a very seedy side street - certainly not an area where a visitor would feel comfortable showing any sign of obvious wealth. The contact was friendly and helpful.

Muy bien. Una casa solamente con apartamentos temporales, por eso riesgo de ruidos de otros touristas.

location in downtown, bit loud but that is barcelona. apartment clean and nice. all necessary facilities and some more. would take it again on my next trip to barcelona.
