Excellent and very clean appartment, nice building with the small supermarket right across the road. We all loved it and would recommend it.

Alloggio ordinato e pulito, una pecca abbiamo dovuto attendere più di un ora per prenderne possesso in quanto non ancora pulito.

La casa era in ottime condizioni e ben posizionata. L'unica cosa è che mancavano attrezzature utili come stendino e all'arrivo le lenzuola erano sporche.

Aucune attente pour l'ouverture de l'appart, très agréable. Seul petit hic notre contact ne parlait pas français. L'appartement était dans un état très correct à notre arrivée, et meublé avec beaucoup de gout. La localisation est un peu loin des Ramblas et des sorties nocturnes (boites, bar, ...) mais le taxi pas trop chers permet de se déplacer facilement. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans cet appartement et le recommandons vivement.

The apartment is very clean and within a two-minute walk to a subway station which is across the street from the Sagrada Familia. We liked that is is close to a grocery store (across the street) and a bakery (next block). Be aware though that most stores are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. The bathroom drain in the master suite did not drain well when we were there. Also, the microwave in the kitchen was broken. We mentioned this to landlord upon arrival (during the initial walk-through) but she just shrugged. We did, however, very much appreciate the air-conditioning system and the electric blinds. Given the heat, it was a relief to come home each day to a cool and shaded home-away-from-home. The booking process through oh-barcelona.com was very easy. Having never rented an apartment on-line before, it was somewhat scary to do so, but you made it work well. Thank you!
