Triplex con terrazza per 13 persone a 2 minuti dalla metropolitana perfetto se viaggiate con bambini

  The apartment was exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates and cook ware, and the rooms were light and airy. The deck out back was very nice. Back door would not lock-- owner said he would repair it. There was mold in the bottom floor, and everyone who stayed down there wound up getting sinus problems.

  Generell war die Wohnung wie beschrieben ! Schöne helle Wohnung mit viel Platz in modernem Stil. Auch die Lage ist mit den Anbindungen an Bus und Bahn sehr gut. Mangelhaft war hingegen, dass im unteren Teil der Wohnung im Bereich des Bades der Schimmel an der Decke vorzufinden war, einige ...Anschlüsse für Licht und Strom frei sichtbar ohne entsprechende Lampe runterhingen und im Außenbereich sowohl die Holzplanken kaputt und klapprig als auch die Gartenmöbel teils waklig und zerbrochen waren !! Auch die Tatsache, dass im Obergeschoss das WC nicht funktionierte entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen !

  We were very disappointed at the lack of hot water, with 11 girls staying at the apartment only 4 girls were able to have a hot shower and the rest had a cold shower, this happened every morning/evening even when calling the owner and saying there was a problem. The basement shower would not drain ...the water away so it left a mould/sewage smell which got worse over the weekend, wasn't pleasant especially for the girls who had to stay in the basement floor. Owner needs to be flexible when people are arriving to Barcelona at different times, we had one girl arriving in the afternoon on her own and wanted her to pay the deposit for all of the group which is a lot of money for one girl to be expected to carry around, he could have come back later on in the evening when the rest of us arrived to pay. The apartment itself is perfect size for large groups, good space and central location.

He confirms having repaired both and that they now work correctly. With respect to the payment of the security deposit, guaranty that they always try to be as flexible as possible for the comfort of the clients, but depend on the other check-ins on the same day. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, and this is why he asks for the payment of the deposit in full at the time of the check-in.

  logement spacieux. téléviseur absent. chambres du sous-sol fraîches. remontées d'odeur dans les salles de bain. Cuisine avec peu de vaisselle. 10 chaises pour 13 couchages. appartement un peu défraîchit.au delà de ces critiques, appartement bien situé, calme offrant trois zones de vie, idéal pour groupe ou famille.

Le propriétaire confirme avoir vérifié la télévision, et confirme qu’elle fonctionne correctement. De plus, il confirme qu’il y a des couettes et couvertures à disposition de tous les clients. Il nous informe aussi que si ce n’est pas suffisant, il invite les clients à se mettre en contact avec lui pendant le séjour, afin qu’il puisse le résoudre. Finalement, il confirme avoir rajouté de la vaisselle et des chaises afin de garantir le confort des clients.

  Appartement bien situé, calme. Proche métro/gare. Supermarché en face et tout types de commerce. Terrasse très agréable si le temps si prête. Inconvénients : Humidité aux chambres du bas, manque tv, cafetiere, grille pain. Eau chaude juste pour 8pers, 10chaises à la cuisine donc pour plus de 10pers, ça me paraît juste.

De plus, la cuisine est équipée avec une cafetière et un toaster. Le propriétaire invite les clients à le contacter pendant le séjour au cas où il y a un problème de fonctionnement de l’un des électrodomestiques afin qu’il puisse le remplacer au plus vite. Le propriétaire confirme aussi que l’eau chaude fonctionne correctement, mais conseille néanmoins d’attendre quelques minutes entre chaque douche, dans le cas où vous êtes un groupe grand. De plus, il nous informe qu’il y a un total de 13 chaises, exactement autant que la capacité de l’appartement. Néanmoins, si pour une raison quelconque les clients en ont besoin de plus, il invite les personnes à le contacter afin qu’il puisse les amener. Finalement, il espère que à part ces petits inconvénients, les clients ont profité de leur séjour dans son appartement à Barcelone.

  Appartement spacieux et agréable à vivre, proche des transports, dans un quartier tranquille.

  Die Wohnung war oberflächlich gesehen in Ordnung.Alles in allem etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer und Betten o.k.,die Küche sehr spartanisch,Plastikgläser,keine kleinen Löffel,alles etwas angeschlagen.Das Badezimmer oben war i.O. ,das im Keller spakig.Und warum es keine Handtuchhalter ...gibt, fragt man sich auch. Also von Luxuswohnung weit entfernt. Aber für 10 Personen ausreichende Größe.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und der gegenüberliegende Supermarkt sehr praktisch. 

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Der Vermieter bedauert, dass die Wohnung nicht ideal ausgestattet war und bestätigt, dass nun genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden ist. Punktuell kann es aufgrund von Problemen in der Nachbarwohnung zu Feuchtigkeit im Keller kommen, der Vermieter entschuldigt sich dafür, dass dies während Ihres Aufenthaltes passiert ist. Zudem bestätigt er, dass es keinen Handtuchhalter gibt, die Handtücher jedoch an anderer Stelle im Bad aufgehängt werden können es zudem einen Wäscheständer gibt. Wir freuen uns jedoch, dass Sie die Wohnung trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten als gut und praktisch einstufen.
