Portaferrissa Appartamento a Barcellona

  The Apartment was gorgeous and in a fabulous part of the city, only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral! After staying in hotel rooms for most of our trip in other cities, the apartment was a great alternative and cheaper too! The only request would have been for the owner to have supplied shampoo and soap as hotels do. Thanks for a great apartment!

  Location cannot be beaten, apartment itself is lovely with all the mod cons to make for a relaxed and easy holiday. The owners were very responsive and helpful, although we were disappointed that there would have been a 60 euros charge to check out at 1pm (instead of 11am), notwithstanding that ...they did not have a booking for the apartment night. We did not proceed, but allowing this small courtesy would have made them 10/10 in our books. Otherwise, highly recommended! 

  Location was perfect because it's so central. Windows are double glazed and so it's quiet.Note: Check-in is on E floor at the office. I went to every numbered floor and was about to leave and phone them when I heard sound coming from the E floor. The elevator is tiny for one person with luggage ...and so getting out at each floor wasn't easy. The bedrooms are small but the living/kitchen area is large. Two bathrooms for two couples was ideal. Amenities were excellent.  

  The property is nicely located. To bad there was a terrible water leak from the unit upstairs, the washing machine as broken (2 days to repair), the Internet was slow and unreliable and the staff had absolutely no sense of urgency. Being more responsive, update your payment procedures and be ...more transparent regarding the distance between reception and actual unit.

  Fabulous location, great apartment. Terrible service from SS group in Barcelona. Difficulty accessing company on arrival. No instructions given about use of unusual key system and resetting of safe. "Couldn't care less attitude" from staff in the office. Very expensive for such poor service. Very disappointing. Shame. As the apartment was great.

  We (4 adults) stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment is within walking distance to many things including a grocery store and metro. The kitchen is set up for great breakfasts or super at your leisure. The office staff were great to deal with. I would definitely stay ...with them again. They gave easy to follow directions and arranged taxi/car pickups when needed.
