Appartamento nel cuore del quartiere Gotico di Barcellona

Balcon beaucoup plus petit que sur la photo, appartement humide et très bruyant.

In general, this part of Gotico is noisy and dirty. But the sea is very close. The apartament itself is very wet and smells mould. Air conditioner does not work, and the contact person did not want to repair it. The contact person did not come to take the keys and to return the deposit; after 1,5 hours we finally reached her by phone and she said she doesn't work in the company anymore and will try (!) to find someone to take the keys and return money. The last day in Barcelona was lost because we had to wait till someboby comes. We will never return to this apartament again.

Nice apartment - excellent contact person - very close to old town, the Rambla and the beach. Very small balcony. The apartment was on the 5th floor so be prepared to excersice your legs.

ho gia' avuto modo di scrivere al proprietario, lamentando i molti problemi incontrati: escludo di raccomadare questo appartamento a qualsiasi persona come anche di indicare il vostro sito, poiche' io credo dovrebbe controllare (anche se lo escludete nelle vostre notizie) gli associati.

Lage optimal, Ausstattung ok, Kontaktperson prima. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The appartment made an impression of dirty. There were only three channels on TV. None of them in English. Water from one of the showers was floading the floor. The location is convinient but the neirboughhood considered to be not safe. During our stay we saw fights twice. Contact person did not pick up the phone for 40 min. Then he answered, let us in the appartment and left. Never showed up again. Failed to provide us with any advise on quite basic things.

The apartment was good, not too expensive & in very central location. The street was a bit noisy sometimes but everywhere around La Rambla is noisy! Most of the time it was fine though. Service was good - very friendly people

I stayed in the apartment in Nou de Francesc in February 2008. It was basic, but clean, what I should have expected for the price. Problems: unhygenic smell from the toilet, area felt unsafe at night, and street very noisy at all hours of the night - so not suitable for children.

Unterkunft befand sich in einen sauberen Zustand. Bäder sind sehr klein und eng, mit dem Warmwasser gab es hin und wieder Schwierigkeiten,war für uns nicht so schlimm. Der Kontakt zur Ansprechperson hat hervorragend und unkompliziert geklappt.
