Appartamento in una tranquilla zona residenziale

The elevator can not contain more than one person

Accommodation was basic but very clean, comfortable and just what we needed. Proximity to supermarkets and playgrounds very useful. We have two year old child. Local contact people for the appartment were very frindly, welcoming and efficient too. Well done

El alojamiento está bien para pasar unos días, pero no para vivir de forma regular. L. la persona de contacto, es eficiente y muy amable.

Nettes Apartment in der Nähe des Placa Espanya. In der Nacht ziemlich laut da die Wände sehr dünn sind ;) Ansonsten sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Nächstes Mal gerne wieder!

The apartment is perfect for people who basically need a place to sleep in with a real good connection to the metro. The pictures shown in the web are a bit euphemistic but all in all the apartment is kind of normal spanish standard with everything in (except from the internet). The only thing that bothered us was the fact that there is only one real view out of the window (living-room and two-bed room) and all others were into tiny courtyards by what the apartment isn't that bright.

Equipamiento y menaje muy básico. Mobiliario muy usado.

First of all, the location of the apartment was just excellent. It was very close to the metro station, close to Estacio Sants, supermarket. Secondly the apartment had everything necessary except for the internet access and overall I was satisfied.

In reality it was far from the pictures advertised on the web. Instead of the expected modern and light place we found a dark, musty one. The towels were old and therefore seamed dirty. The place was very noisy. However our host was very nice and responsive.
