die Terrasse ist zwar etwas schwierig erreichbar, aber ein Traum!(dass wir sie wegen schlechten Wetters nur wenig benutzen konnten, ist ja nicht die Schuld des Vermieters!)Alles passte super - NUR: f�r personen, die gr��er als 1,50m gro� und dicker als 30kg sind, ist die Dusche kaum benutzbar!

Booked for family accommodation (2 adults, 3 kids aged 5,7,10). Great location. Accommodation was basic but clean. Stairs to the apt not for the faint hearted, especially when carrying bags, about 92 steps as counted by the kids. However, we managed OK. Apt could do with having blackout blinds. Smallest shower I have ever seen. Rooftop balcony was great. Given it\'s central location it would be difficult to have total peace and quiet. Some neighbours a bit noisy late at night but not too much of an issue.

Il y a eu un malentendu entre la personne qui a fait le check up de fin de s�jour et celle qui nous a accueilli. Cela peut bien sur arriver mais j\'ai trouv� la gestion du probl�me extr�mement violente et d�sobligeante. Cela m\'a paru inadmissible eompte tenu de mon statut de cliente et du fait que j\'ai respect� toutes mes obligations. En l\'occurence, cet incident nous a fait perdre une demi journ�e de vacances et j\'ai tr�s peu appr�ci� !!!!!!!!!!!!!* d\'autre part il y a des menaces concernant le bruit que nous ne devons pas faire dans l\'appartement (fin imm�diate du contrat) or nous avons subi des nuisances sonores tr�s importantes 4 nuits sur 5. QUE SE PASSE T IL DANS CE CAS ?

Le logement est vraiment bien situé, très calme et très agréable(décors très coloré), la terrasse étant plaisante (mais non adjacente au logement).Il n\'y a que les étages : il faut être en forme!

93 steps, we were warned of this and it did not constitute a real problem to us. Kitchen basic but sufficient. Roof terrace a real bonus.

Treppenhaus zur Wohnung ziemlich eng. Mit kleinen Kindern etwas mühsam. Ansonsten war alles ok.

The accommodation was great, the roof terrace a great added bonus! Steep stairs so only good if you are fit enough but I would highly reccommend. Our contact was also excellent, coming to meet us at 5am in the morning (very, very delayed flight!)

The location was tricky to reach by car, there were some noisy nights. But it was excellent location to walk around in the city.

Appartement très bien situé. Conforme en tous points à sa fiche descriptive et aux photos. Draps, couvertures, serviettes de bain parfaitement propres et en quantité largement suffisante. La salle de bain est petite mais refaite à neuf donc très propre. Nous étions 4 pendant 4 jours et nous recommadons tous très vivement cet appartement.
