nice, compact apartment cooker was a bit temperamental (IR hob difficult to turn on) but generally good value for money in a great central location

Great location, couldn't be more central. Everything in walking distance, harbour (5 min), beach (15-30 min), supermarket (1 min), la rambla (3 min). Most time very noise, because of many people walking in the streets around the apartment (at all times of day and night). So sleeping with open windows could be a problem if someone is not used to sleeping with lots of noises around. But closing the windows minimizes the noise level very much. On the otherside this is tipical for Barri Gotic and all other apartments in this district. You can also get an good insight into the spanish culture. Nice door opener with keypad --> useful because you don't have to carry a key with you all the time!

Good location to explore the 'heart' of Barcelona, but noisy and busy outside at night, not subsiding until 0400hrs. Apartment basic, but well kitted out. However, not very comfortable and poorly lit. Continuous extreme noise at night (all night!) from upstairs apartment made sleep impossible and spoiled holiday.

Very nice apartment all the equipment needed. Very near to Rambla. The owner let us stay till our flight at the evening

L'alloggio è bello e la persona di contatto è molto disponibile.ma chi dice che la serratura non funziona?si inserisce un codice diverso per 3 volte.Ottimo sistema x non avere la paura di poter perdere chiavi.la zona è centralissima(a piedi cinque min dalla rambla) ma nel fine settimana troppi ubriaconi in giro anche se non ci hanno dato fastidio...in definitiva sono soddisfatto e consiglierei l'appartamento.

well worth the money!

A bit of a noisy street, but excelent located in the centre of the Gothic district. Two small remarks for improvement: bathroom door need to be fixed, and 1 of the 2 keysets you receive are hardly useful: you have to try them 100 times before the door really opens. Besides that, a nice and clean appartment.

Great location, so central that we walked a lot. Apartment comfortable. Keys difficult to work but I oiled them!We will definitely go again and will recommend apartment and service.

Situato in pieno centro a due minuti dalla rambla, pulito, situato in una strada rumorosa, non adatto a chi vuole dormire. persona di contatto eccellente.
