Very good, clean & tidy - some noise in the front bedroom but to be expected. Excellent location, a welcome pack (tea bags, milk, coffee) would have made it perfect!

pulito, silenzioso nonostante il traffico, aria condizionata efficiente per raffreddare le stanze, ma con qualche odore e quindi necessità di cambiare l'aria dalla finestra. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda della doccia. Ritorneremo, speriamo.

Vraiment rien à redire sur l'appartement. il est en tout point parfait. Très bien équipé de surcroit et tres propre. Idéalement situé, en plein centre de la Ribera, lieu de départ de multiples excursions. Vraiment une adresse à garder!

We(both 48) stayed here with our 16 year-old daughter and can't recommend the accommodation highly enough. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable, ideally situated and far less noisy than might have been expected, given the location. It wasn't made clear to us on arrival that Sunday check-out was AT 11:00, not UP TO 11:00, but, fortunately, this wasn't a problem. Overall, this is excellent value for money and we would definitely return to one of the apartments in this block.

Secure, controlled entrance, felt quite safe. Apartment very clean although loose covers on sofa could be renewed. Full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be useful. This is second time we\'ve used these apartments and would use them again.

excellent apartment for a family with 2 children not so good for 2 couples. Street door very noisy needs to be modified.

Very cosy flat in a brillant location - no street noise at all. Lots of useful touches and very nice contact people. Would definitely go back. Also it's absolutely fine for chidren.

Pulito, spazioso e comodo alla metro, a parte che il centro è letteralmente a due passi!
