The location was exactly what I expected. I adore Gracia. The apartment had nice space. It was pricey - but I expect that. Here is what I did not like: Our hostess put out only 2 thin towels for us to use for 5 days. This I thought was very unfriendly considering what we were paying for the apartment. We did find some other towels hidden under a bed - and we used them but it was clear they were not placed there for our use and convenience. We were also given only 2 thin, worn pillows - 1 for each person. Others were available - but no pillow cases. Again, I interpret this as not being their for our comfort and convenience. I would not lay my head on a coverless pillow in a rented apartment. Being from the US I asked the hostess if she could return my deposit the day before our departure. As a 40 year old woman traveling with her 15 year old daughter it is my feeling that I do not pose much of a damage risk. Also since I was going back to the US I did not want to be stuck with 150 EUROS. Changing money back and forth erodes the value - so I wanted to spend it. I think our hostess inititially agreed to do this but then determined that it was not convenient for her. My message is that I did not feel like a customer. Everything was for the hostess's convenience. I paid a hefty price for the class of accomodation provided. I would work with Oh Barcelona again - but I would not rent this apartment nor do I feel I could recommend it to anyone. I would like to add that I rented a villa in Italy not too long ago and the Italian Farmer who owned the place was hospitable, provided very comfortable and sufficient linens and nice fluffy towels. In that case I felt like I was a customer who received value for the money paid.

Alloggio in buone condizioni situato in una delle strade più belle della Gracia. L'appartamento dispone di tutti i confort (lavatrice, cucina, tv, aria condizionata) Persone di contatto molto disponibili e gentili.

Ein schönes Apartment in einer hervorragenden Lage mit einer guten Betreuung durch die sehr nette Kontaktperson. Ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Gave us the freedom to come and go as we liked. We were advised that the stairs were steep but it kept us fit for the few days we were there. Everything was fine, clean, comfortable and matched the description on the website.

Ottima sistemazione delle camere. Nel salone c\'� anche un tavolo da pranzo comodo se � in tanti. La cucina era dotata di tutto l\'occorrente. Ottimo per ci� che riguardava la pulizia. La proprietaria era molto disponibile e ci ha accolto senza problemi anche se siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte.

Sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet- schön war, dass so Kleinigkeiten wie Zucker, Salz, Essig und Öl in der Küche vorhanden waren. Betten waren sehr gut. Alles wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung liegt zudem in einem lebendigen, spannendem Viertel.

The accommodation was better than I expected after looking at the photo's on the web site and reading the description. It had everything we needed for a great holiday and comfortable stay. The flat was spacious and spotlessly clean. This was my first time in the Gracia district and it was so much nicer than the tourist areas in town. yet it was still easy to get anywhere walking or by bus or metro. The street was treelined and did not have a lot of traffic. There was a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, clothes shops, cinema, internet cafes and so on the street. The noise level was what I expected of Barcelona and being a residential area it quiter earlier than other parts of town I've stayed in. The contact person couldn't have been easier to deal with and was very accomdating with our early arrival and departure times.
