The apartment is clean, very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and all is new. The apartment is situated near Parc Guell, general store just across the road, quiet bar, there's also a good bread shop just two streets down. A 2 minute walk takes metro "vallcarca". The owner has been kind and available one! We will return

We have stayed here several times as my daughter is in Barcelona for a year. It is 5 minutes walk from the metro (vallcarca)and close to small shops and a fantastic bakery (on the main street at the foot of the escalator go left away from the metro for a few minutes you will be rewarded with lovely cakes!)This apartment is spotlessly clean, well equiped and is in a very quiet resadential street. Although it is on a steep hill close to parc Guell it does have an outside escalator so even my elderly parents could manage easily. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent apartment, well equipped, located near the Park Guell, relatively near to the metro station and to some markets. The near public parking is quite expensive (0.05 EUR/minute), but, if you are coming with a car you can leave it in the street (if you try hard enough to find a place). Negative points: door handles are screaking and the external unit of the air conditioning installation are making disturbing noise.

Everything we needed was there. V friendly hosts. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The word \"luminous\" in the description was a bit misleading. The appartemt felt quite closed in. There was only a small window in the living room that overlooked the street.The two bedrooms opened on to an enclosed \"atrium\" but that had two floors above us so there was no view and would have let in sun only if directly overhead. Minor suggestions re extra equipment: some mugs (there were only 4 small teacups, one with a handle missing), some ordinary wineglasses (there were 4 large brandy glasses) and an electric kettle and a teapot (particularly for British visitor!); there was only a small expresso coffee pot enough only for 2 cups. But overall a nice flat in a nice area which felt away from the tourist drag.

die wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und relativ ruhig in dieser doch sehr lauten stadt.ruhe findet man gleich um die ecke im wunderschönen park güell einer der atraktionen von barca. im gleichen viertel ist eines der besten restaurants nach unserem empfinden. es heisst la siudat.keine touristen, sehr gute küche und moderate preise(keine schlechten tapas).
