She called us only at 7:00 pm to take the accommodation! 2/ Other surprises: the air conditioning were broken. The sun is shinning on the whole flat in the afternoon and evening so it's very warm. With the noise outside it is impossible to sleep with the open windows so climatisation is mandatory! 3/ The appartment was dirty. The bathroom was not working well with shower problem regarding hot/cold water. 4/ Parking: despite of a written confirmation from the agency, the parking is not included in the rental price. We had to talk and shown the writing as evidence for it. Parking is not in the same building but a few streets away. The garage door opens only from inside the building because the owner no longer has the remote control. After 3 days and 2 nights we left the appartment. We do not recommanded this rental! Dirty, expensive regarding the service and the owner is not very helpful and trustable. "

All facilities indicated were available. The view from the balcony is great. The location was as indicated, only a few minutes from the metro station and the downtown was about 10-15 minutes from the door. The contact person was very nice and helpful. The was concerned to give us all the information we needed for our stay. She was pleasant and flexible. "
