      This one bedroom apartment is bright and airy, central heating, hardwood floors and air conditioning for those hotter months, it also has an elevator.
      The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with space for hanging clothes. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with an oven, fridge, pots & pans and all the utensils needed for cooking.

      The bathroom is fitted with a shower unit, there are two sofas in the living room, one of which can be used as a double sofa bed, and a t.v. it is an exterior apartment so it gets sunlight all day long.

      The apartment is within walking distance of Gaudi´s famous Sagrada Familia and two blocks from the tube stop Monumental, which is two stops from the city centre. It is also within walking distance of the National Theatre and a regular bus service that runs past the house will bring you to the beach in fifteen minutes.

      The apartment has WiFi internet connection.
