This apartment is located alongside the most popular monument in Barcelona – the Sagrada Familia temple. There are three bedrooms; one with double bed, the other with two singles and a third with a single bed. For top comfort there are two bathrooms; one with a shower the other with a bath. The location, relaxation and real comfort offered make this accommodation the perfect choice for visitors to Barcelona.
Free WIFI and broad band internet connection are available.
Tourist buses travel to and from the Sagrada Familia temple and the unique situation of the apartment means guests can walk to the most emblematic sites along the city’s modernist route including the Hospital de San Pau, the Casa Terrades and las Punxes. A twenty-minute walk or short metro ride leads directly to the main avenue in the city, the Paseo de Gracia where visitors can see some of Gaudi’s other works including La Pedrera and the Casa Batlló. It is just a short stroll away from a whole number of different possibilities in the city whether for cultural or leisure pursuits both day and night. For shopping lovers Barcelona offers a wide range of the most avant-garde and trendiest Spanish and international boutiques.

C'était la première fois que nous louions par l'intermédiaire de oh - barcelona; tout était parfait : autant la centrale de réservation (bon contact et renseignements), que la location à la hauteur de nos attentes, (propreté, équipement, et situation dans la ville) et les relations avec le ...propriétaire ont été excellentes; nous recommandons donc ce site et l'appartement réservé auprès de Mr J.

Blij met zowel het appartement (het is dicht bij Sangrada Familia) en de contactpersoon R. die ongelooflijk behulpzaam was.Het appartement was vlekkeloos schoon, ruim en goed ingericht met alles wat die u eventueel nodig tijdens uw verblijf. Perfect geproportioneerd voor onze... ... familie van 5. Het appartementenblok was zeer rustig en veilig en zeker voelde.We zouden zeker opnieuw gebruiken en aanbevelen aan een bezoek aan deze prachtige stad.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Perfectly proportioned for our ...family of 5. The apartment block was very quiet and felt safe and secure. We would definitely use again and recommend to all visiting this beautiful city.

Netjes en schoon appartement. Locatie is ideaal voor sightseeing. De stand waar je tickets/board de Barcelona (hop-on/hop-off) tourbus is onmiddellijk voorbij Sagrada Familia (1,5 blks van het appartement). Beneden van het gebouw is een coffee shop
Neat and clean apartment. Location is ideal for sightseeing. The booth where you buy tickets/board the Barcelona (hop-on/hop-off) tour bus is immediately passing Sagrada Familia (1.5 blks from the apartment). Downstairs from the building is a coffee shop & mini store to pick up groceries as ...needed. The area is very pleasant, with a patio-service restaurant open at night. You'll see many joggers in Barcelona throughout the day. The host here is amiable and pleasant to do business with. This is perfect, with one minor flaw; the wifi signal doesn't always reach the living room so you must use it in the front bedroom in such cases. Otherwise, excellent place, host, and neighborhood! [NOTE: Has a washer, but you line dry clothes just like every apartment in BCN]

De 3 Br. plaats was impecably schoon; ongewoon goed ingericht, alle systemen werkten, en de eenheid die we gehuurd ik zou aanraden aan mijn beste vrienden--- en ...meeste familie. Een gewoon geweldig ervaring in een prachtige lokale--2 blokken van de Sagrada Familia... Ook een zeer rustig, handig, vriendelijke buurt! A !!! MH
Our owner-contact person, R. was unusually helpful!! eg., getting a taxi pre-arranged for our very early departure on the 15th. The 3 Br. place was impecably clean; unusually well furnished, all systems worked, and the unit we rented I would recommend to my best friends---- and most family.
