Prachtig ingericht appartement voor maximaal 11 personen in het hart van Barcelona

David heeft was zeer behulpzaam en enkele waardevolle tips over onze aankomst. De locatie is fantastisch, vooral als je wilt gaan hun lot voor zichzelf of voor goedkoop voedsel. Het appartement was negen voldoende grote en functionele voor ons. De bedden zijn de ... Nou, appartement rustig, de ...voorwaarden voor een goede nachtrust :) wordt voldaan Het is jammer dat er slechts één badkamer en geen apart toilet is.  

David war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft einige wertvoll Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist fantastisch, besonders wenn man sich selbst versorgen oder preiswert essen gehen will. Die Wohnung war für uns zu neunt ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut, die ...Wohnung leise, die Vorausetzungen für erholsamen Schlaf sind erfüllt :) Schade, dass es nur ein Bad und keine separate Toilette gibt.

Siamo stati molto bene e la casa era accogliente. La posizione è ottima, a 100 mt dalla Rambla del Raval. La casa era ben riscaldata e tutto pulito. La nostra persona di contatto è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Tutto positivo, ma le stanze non sono proprio come appaiono nelle foto. Sono ...un po' più trascurate... ma comunque tenendo conto del prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato tutto perfetto. Stare in appartamento con gli amici nel centro di Barcellona è impagabile. 

De accommodatie was de helft van prijs, als last minute, maar ik zou zijn ongelukkig te volle prijs hebben betaald. Het was functioneel, maar niets bijzonders, waren er een paar problemen met dodgy Elektra (waterkoker blies alle zekeringen, lichten plafond viel, DVD-speler niet werken), en het werd... verkocht als 11 slapen. We waren kunnen slechts 5, dus het was prima, maar 11 zou hebben betrokken 5 in de woonkamer, die zou zijn geweest een squeeze. 

The accommodation was half price, as last minute, but I would have been unhappy to have paid full price. It was functional, but nothing special, there were a few dodgy electrics issues (kettle blew all fuses, lights fell off ceiling, DVD player didn't work), and it was marketed as sleeping 11. We ...were able only 5, so it was fine, but 11 would have involved 5 in the living room, which would have been a squeeze. 

The owner confirms that he has revised all electronic devices in the apartment and that they are now working properly. Please be informed that you can see the distribution of the beds for the 11 guests on the floor plan which is attached to the photos.

Het was georganiseerde last minute en het allemaal echt soepel verlopen.

al met al waren wij goed, hoewel bijvoorbeeld de vervanging van het linnen (handdoeken) 1 voor vier dagen ik zeker ziet er een beetje.

tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene, anche se ad esempio il ricambio di biancheria (asciugamani da bagno) 1 per quattro giorni mi sembra decisamente poco.

Trattandosi di una prenotazione di appartamento fornito di lavatrice, e non di un’ albergo, non é previsto il cambio di bianchieria durante il soggiorno. La bianchieria viene fornita all’ arrivo e cambiata alla partenza.
