This spacious apartment possesses a central location that will allow you to easily reach all of the city’s main places of interest. The 95m2 apartment is situated in the building that was home to Barcelona’s International Photography Centre (CIFB) between 1978 and 1983 and which still bears the enormous mural painted by the artists Eduard Arranz and Rafael Bartolozzi. Situated on the second floor of a building with a lift, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.
The living room come dining room is spacious and features two double sofa-beds and two single sofa-beds where you can relax as you watch the television satellite channels, enjoy a DVD or go online using the Wi-Fi internet connection. From the same room you will also have direct access to an exterior balcony which looks onto the street. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed (160x200cm) and a single sofa-bed. The other bedroom features two single beds (90x200cm). The kitchen is integrated into the spacious living room come dining room and features all the equipment you will need to prepare your meals. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a WC.
The Rambla del Raval is located close by, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate at its many terrace cafes. The Parallel (lines L2 and L3) and Sant Antoni (L2) metro stations are both located close to the apartment. From the Parallel metro station you can also access the funicular that will take you to the top of Montjuïc, where you can take in a beautiful panoramic view of Barcelona. ... Lees meerKamer

Very nice welcome by D, with good explainations on the city, the things to do and the way to move with the metro. The apartment was fine for a family 2 adults / 2 children. Well located. Many touristic monuments and entertainments easy to access walking. Parking in the street with possibility of 24 hours car park. A perfect stay !

Very Central to everything, lovely old building but with mod cons. everything you need for your stay and just up the road from that fab Market ! plenty of nice restaurants and bars at the end of road on the lovely square. also very quite at night if you want to sleep. I would return again. D our contact was really great.

D. was heerlijk nuttig, geven ons aanbevelingen over waar te gaan en restaurants. Het appartement was enorm en alles werkte goed. Locatie is ideaal voor dicht bij alles. De buitenkant van het gebouw is misleidend omdat het appartement zelf is zeer modern en grote, precies zoals wordt weergegeven in... de lijst, comfortabele bedden. Vaatwasser en wasmachine werkte prima. Ik zou zeker blijven er weer.
D. was wonderfully helpful,giving us recommendations about where to go and restaurants. The apartment was huge and everything worked well. Location is great for being close to everything. The outside of the building is misleading as the apartment itself is very modern and large, exactly as shown ...in the listing, beds comfy. Dishwasher and washing machine worked great. I would definitely stay there again.

Appartement was uitstekend - schoon en een goede locatie. Was bezorgd over lawaai maar niet zorgen hoeft te maken. Metrostation ligt slechts een paar minuten lopen van het hotel en veel te doen rond het gebied. Geen problemen met Wifi. David was fantastisch en redde ons veel tijd met zijn ...uitstekende aanbevelingen, kaarten en hints en tips. Bedankt.
Apartment was excellent - clean and a good location. Was concerned about noise but didn't need to worry. Metro station is only a few minutes walk away and lots to do around the area. No problems with Wifi. David was fantastic and saved us a lot of time with his excellent recommendations, maps and hints and tips. Thank you.

Zeer mooi appartement, goed onderhouden. Vooral goed gelokaliseerd.Zeer goede service, zeer goed gelegen appartement, goed onderhouden, in het hart van Barcelona. Zeer goed verblijf met kinderen.
Très bel appartement, bien entretenu. Surtout bien localisé. Très bonne prestation, appartement très bien situé, bien entretenu, au coeur de Barcelone. Très bon séjour avec les enfants.
