Volledig gemeubileerd, licht en comfortabel appartement in de wijk Raval.

De locatie is geweldig. Appartement is prima - vrij basic. De oorspronkelijke zitkamer is een slaapkamer, dus er een zeer kleine ruimte om te ontspannen is. TV leek te hebben alleen lokale stations. We vonden het heel vreemd dat er als kleine wc-rol was als er zou kunnen in de apt en geen zeep ...zijn. Ik heb gehuurd ... veel appartementen en moesten nooit ga naar buiten en kopen zeep!Ik had gelezen beoordelingen voordat ik die geboekt noemde dat de straat onder het appartement was noisy at night. Die niet de moeite ons omdat we uit \'s nachts waren. Maar het was ook luidruchtig van heel vroeg in de ochtend die ons een beetje van de slaap verloren.Locatie was het beste wat over deze apartment. 

The location is great. Apartment is fine - pretty basic. The original sitting room is a bedroom so there is a very small space to chill in. TV seemed to only have local stations. We found it very strange that there was as little toilet roll as there could be in the apt and no soap. I have rented... lots of apartments and have never had to go out and buy soap! I had read reviews before I booked that mentioned the street below the apartment was noisy at night. That didn't bother us because we were out at night. But it was also noisy from quite early in the morning which lost us a bit of sleep. Location was the best thing about this apartment.

Centrale locatie, Metro en de rambla binnen loopafstand van het hotel. de altijd drukke weg, gebouwen en winkels in de buurt. het enige wat dat ik wil benadrukken is het ontbreken van sleutels voor de kamers van het appartement, ten minste in de badkamers...

Posizione davvero centrale, metropolitana e la rambla a pochi passi. la strada sempre affollata, locali e negozi nei dintorni. l'unica cosa che segnalerei è la mancanza di chiavi per le stanze dell'appartamento, almeno nei bagni ....

het appartement was schoon, beddengoed ook. Het is goed gelegen, dichtbij Placa de Catalunya (metro...)Er is een beetje ruis in de straat, maar niets dat voorkomt dat te vallen in slaap...

l'appartement était propre, les linges aussi. il est bien situé, proche de la place Catalunya (métro...) Il y a un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais rien qui empêche de s'endormir...

Appartement was boven, absoluut schoon, alles wat die u nodig was er zeer aangenaam. Ligging in mooie buurt. Neem contact op met de persoon zeer vriendelijk en flexibel.

Appartment war top, absolut sauber, alles was man braucht war da, sehr angenehm. Super Lage in schönem Viertel. Kontaktperson sehr freundlich und flexibel.

Ik waarderen niet dat mijn deposito verloren zijn zou als ruis werd gemaakt in het appartement wordt bedreigd. Een dposit is voor schade aan een eigenschap alleen. Zeer onprofessioneel. Ook waarschuwde de contactpersoon me meer dan eens om te controleren of dat het appartement netjes werd overgelaten. Unpleasant ervaring om zeker te zijn.

I didn't appreciate being threatened that my deposit would be lost if noise was made in the apartment. A dposit is for damage to a property only. Very unprofessional. Also the contact person warned me more than once to make sure the apartment was left tidy. Unpleasant experience to be sure.

At the check-in time of each apartment, the clients are reminded of the characteristics of the apartment, rental conditions as well as their understanding of the respect towards the neighbours on their rest time. The deposit refers to the damages caused at the apartment and also having accepted these conditions at their entrance.

9/10. Echt heel goed voor de winter en het voorjaar, volgens de aankondiging, goed geplaatst. Maar zonder airco, de zomer warme en open Windows moet worden, het is noisy.

9/10. Vraiment très bien pour l'hiver ou le printemps, conforme à l'annonce, bien placé. Mais sans clim, l'été il doit faire chaud et fenêtres ouvertes, c'est bruyant.

Dit was een mooi appartement met alle basisprincipes die u zou willen voor een week of zo verblijf in Barcelona. Het niet zijn voorzien van airconditioning, die mogelijk een probleem in de zomer, maar ik denk dat een fan kan worden verstrekt. Karen de contact persoon was zeer vriendelijk en ...behulpzaam - alles was vrij gemakkelijk om te regelen. De straat kan een beetje luidruchtig maar was prima voor ons. Grote kleine bars en restaurants rondom. 

This was a nice apartment with all the basics you'd want for a week or so stay in Barcelona. It doesn't have air conditioning, which might be a problem in summer but I think a fan can be provided. Karen the contact person was very friendly and helpful - everything was quite easy to arrange. The ...street can be a little noisy but was fine for us. Great little bars and restaurants all around.
