Beautiful apartment in a majestic building with high ceilings and large windows, with lots of light and natural ventilation, providing a calm environment perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing.
There is a large lounge/dining room with an integrated kitchen, giving you a generous sized area for sharing good times. It includes a digital TV, DVD and a FREE Wi-Fi internet connection.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, electric cooking plate, microwave, grill, toaster, kettle, mixer and juicer. It also includes china, glassware and cutlery, pots and pans, tablecloths for both inside and outside tables, dishcloths, towels and paper napkins, and basic ingredients such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea and cocoa powder
There are two separate bedrooms. In one, there is a double bed and the other has two or three single beds, according to your needs. Both rooms have space for you to hang and store your clothes. The apartment includes bedsheets, extra blankets and an iron.
The bathroom comes equipped with a box shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a hairdryer, hand soap, bathmat and bath towels for each person.
There is a large terrace with table and chairs, and a covered clothes-drying area. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. Depending on the availability of the apartment, the check-in and check-out times can be adapted to the needs of the client, and the owner also offers the possibility of storing luggage.
Late check-in/early check-out between 21:30 and 23:30, or between 07:30 and 09:30 will involve an additional charge of €20, whilst between 23:30 and 07:30 the charge increases to €40.

fantastische ligging dicht bij alle vervoersverbindingen en een ongelooflijk vriendelijke eigenaar die onze behoeften ondergebracht. Zou aanbevelen en blijven aggain.

Wij gekookt aantal maaltijden en wenste de apparatuur om dit te doen was beter, dat meer betekent en scherper messen :-) We zijn erg blij met alles, de follow-up van de contactpersoon, de locatie.
We cooked some meals and wished the equipment for doing this was better, that means more and sharper knives :-) We are very pleased with everything, the following up, the contact person, the location.

Geweldige locatie en v stil, alleen kregen we een taxi eens toen we waren echt lui, liepen we bijna overal elders. Fab metro en bus dienst 2 minuten lopen. J. is letterlijk de mooiste man in de wereld en de flat was awesome. Fantastische weekend :)

Ottimo appartamento... niente da dire. SI trova een slechts 50 mt da Piazza Catalunya (punt centrale della Città). Ik the sono molto were ed heeft een terrazzino molto carino per tarief colazione. Il proprietario (j).è una persona disponibilissima, molto cordiale e onderhoudt l\'appartamento ...curatissimo.... Sono stato tante altre volte naar BCN, ma questo è sicuramente l\'appartamento carino in cui sono stato, colazione advertentie occhi chiusi. Unieke pecca, il bagno che non heeft il bidet e ed VN kallt piccolo, ma non è een grosso probleem.
Ottimo appartamento... niente da dire. Si trova a solo 50 mt da Piazza Catalunya (punto centrale della città). I letti sono molto comodi ed ha un terrazzino molto carino per fare colazione. Il proprietario (J.)è una persona disponibilissima, molto cordiale e mantiene l'appartamento curatissimo. ...Sono stato tante altre volte a BCN, ma questo è sicuramente l'appartamento + carino in cui sono stato, tornerei ad occhi chiusi. Unica pecca, il bagno che non ha il bidet ed è un po piccolo, ma non è un grosso problema.
