Located on a regal property at the Eixample district, this spacious 200m2 second floor (third real floor).
Moreover it is notable for the independence that can be found among the different rooms in the house. It also has a huge 60m2 living room with large windows and 4m high ceilings, ended with elegant cornices. This big room includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The three spaces seem segregated, as it does the distinctive feature that makes the apartment so genuine. There are five bedrooms distributed in three different spaces. There is also a suite bedroom and two more areas with two bedrooms each, three bathrooms, one toilet and a cleaning room. You will also find a Kettle.
This apartment also features a safety deposit box (19cm x 36cm x 42cm). Cot and highchair available free of charge.
The apartment is located in the city centre, in the heart of the Eixample district, between two of the most prestigious streets in Barcelona: Gran Vía and Rambla Catalunya. Due to its great location you can enjoy the comfort and quietness of the Eixample, and also visit the best stores in the city, along Passeig de Gracia street (100m away). You can also enjoy the great modernist properties around the apartment and walk around the Gothic quarter, just 150m away, or walk down Las Ramblas (100m away) towards the seaside. You can find all kinds of services around the apartment; transport to the airport, train station, Bycing (the bicycle renting service from the Barcelona Town Hall), cinemas, restaurants, bars and 24h shops.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 30 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Extras
Check-in from 14:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared, it may be possible to check-in before 14:00. Payment and collection of the keys will take place in the owner’s office close to Plaza Cataluña. In exceptional cases, depending on the day and time of arrival, advanced payment may be required.
If check-in in person at the apartment is required, outside of office hours, the following costs will be involved:
Monday to Friday after 20:00: €40.
Saturday and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00: €25 (Check-in outside these times is not possible)
Check-out by 11:00. For late check-out, please consult with the owner regarding possible times and the charges involved.

Het appartement is mooi en gezellig. We vonden het schoon. De keuken is uitgerust met moderne en functionele toestellen. We gingen 10 en elk hun eigen ruimten had.
L'appartamento è bellissimo e molto accogliente. Lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici moderni e funzionali. Siamo andati in 10 e ognuno aveva i propri spazi.

Een van de badkamers was niet beschikbaar voor de hele periode van ons verblijf. Geen poging werd gedaan om op te lossen tijdens ons verblijf. Dit was teleurstellend, want er een grote groep van ons was.
One of the bathrooms was unavailable for the whole period of our stay. No attempt was made to fix it during our stay. This was disappointing as there was a large group of us.

De ligging van het appartement. Het appartement strookte met de foto\'s, de beschrijving van de site.Hoewel team. We waren een groep van vrienden en het was erg leuk om te hebben 3 badkamers.Zeer goede thuis, verwonderlijk omdat de mail geeft aan dat de contactpersoon alleen Spaans dan wat spreekt ...ze spreekt ook Frans. Het is een vriend die de site aan ons aanbevolen en ik zal hetzelfde doen. Wij zijn zeer tevreden.
Super emplacement de l'appartement. L'appartement correspondait bien aux photos, à la description du site.Bien equipé. Nous étions un groupe d'amis et il etait très agréable d'avoir 3 salles de bain.Très bon accueil, surprenant car la mail nous indique que la personne de contact parle ...uniquement espagnol alors qu elle parle aussi francais. C'est une amie qui nous a recommandé le site et je vais faire de même. Nous sommes très satisfait.

Zeer schoon, modern, goede locatie voor het bezoeken van aantal locaties te voet of met het openbaar vervoer. Op de hoofdweg terug maar uit dus geen lawaai te bouwen. Had kunnen hebben een paar meer keuken gereedschap/serveren kommen voor de gelegenheden wanneer self-catering. OH-BARCELONA.COM uiterst behulpzaam personeel, zeer snel reageert.
Very clean, modern, good location for visiting range of locations on foot or via public transport. On main road but out back of building so no noise. Could have had a few more kitchen utensils/serving bowls for the occasions when self-catering. OH-BARCELONA.COM Extremely helpful staff, highly responsive.
