A 70m2 apartment, with three bedrooms and a bathroom, all with a high quality finish. Its great location close to many services and shops, as well as the fact that it is very well served with transport make it ideal to live in the city.
Totally refurbished, located on the fifth floor of a property with no elevator. It has three bedrooms, all of them with windows, and a high-quality finish bathroom. There is a big kitchen next to the living room, which has a nice balcony to the Sagrada Familia, by Antoni Gaudi, the famous modernist Catalan architect. You will also find a kettle. Cot and highchair available free of charge.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Extras
Check-in from 14:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared, it may be possible to check-in before 14:00. Payment and collection of the keys will take place in the owner’s office close to Plaza Cataluña. In exceptional cases, depending on the day and time of arrival, advanced payment may be required.
If check-in in person at the apartment is required, outside of office hours, the following costs will be involved:
Monday to Friday after 20:00: €40.
Saturday and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00: €25 (Check-in outside these times is not possible)
Check-out by 11:00. For late check-out, please consult with the owner regarding possible times and the charges involved.

Appartement très sympathique et bien situé, mais manque d'équipement en vaisselle (pas 1 verre à pied par personne, manque une chaise autour de la table de la salle manger (4 chaises alors qu'appartement pour 5), pas de saladier, pas de couteau à légumes...).
