85m2 apartment which receives a lot of light for up to 7 people in the district of Gracia.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one is a double and the other is a single. Two more people can be accommodated, thanks to the double sofa bed in the living room. The living / dining room is spacious, and is decorated with taste. It also gives onto the balcony. The apartment has a television, DVD, HI-FI, free internet, air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee pot, kettle, juicer and washing machine.
The bathroom has bath, shower and WC. Towels, bed linen, iron and hairdryer are provided.
This apartment is a great option if you want to visit Gracia, one of the most beautiful districts in Barcelona.

Très bien, très grand, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien. Seul bémol, la télé ne marchait pas bien. Le quartier était bien situé mais bruyant et il était difficile de s'y garer.

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale, fermata della metro a 5 minuti a piedi, supermarket vicini per una piccola spesa. Ottimo forno vicino per la colazione. Persona di contatto, gentilissima! Oltre a omaggiarci di cartina della città, la ha arricchita rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande! Ottimo!

9/10 très bon rapport qualité prix je recommanderai à mes amis le logement était proche métro et a barcelone c'etait très important seul petit point negatif le stationnement voiture etait gratuit au mois d'aout donc pas de besoin de payer des parkings hors l'info ne nous a été communiqué... par la police qu'une semaine après notre arrivée a part cela tout a été ok cdt
