Right in the centre of it all, this charming studio is conveniently located. In January 2003, it was renovated and decorated and it is perfect for a couple or just one.
This studio has natural light and features a kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. There is also air conditioning and heating in the studio. Furniture is tastefully decorated, clean and practical. There is a double sofa bed which unfolds into a double bed as see in the photo.
Just minutes away you have the Art world at your fingertips. Situated close to the artesian barrio of El Born where the streets are filled with excitement and lined with tapas bars and cafes. Just a short stroll to the famous Picasso museum, the Palace of Music, the Gothic Cathedral and the old Roman Walls. An absolute cultural delight! A 10 minute walk could take you to either Plaza Catalunya, Barceloneta beach (for those hot days) or La Rambla, where street entertainers will amuse you. It is only two minutes away from the Metro - Jaume 1 - and Via Leitana where buses run up and down to practically everywhere.

We have been staying for four nights at the appartement in June 2005. The appartement was clean and the contact person was very friendly. The location of the flat is quite good if you get used to the neighborhood. Even though the app. is in the third floor the acoustic level should not be underrated. The \"bathroom\" is very small :o)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett hergerichtet. Was zu erwähnen wäre bei weiteren Vermietungen, dass das Bad vorallem die Dusche für beleibtere Personen nicht geeignet ist. Für uns war es jedoch kein Problem.

The location is pretty much ideal. It's withing walking distance from all the nice places in the town center, but still away from the touristic chaos of the Rambla. The place is really small, but if you don't have a problem with that, it's a good place to stay.
