This fully-equipped apartment has 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms in order to guarantee guests the maximum in terms of comfort. The building in which it is located is recently-built and the flat itself, which has an area of 88m2, has been recently refurbished.
The apartment can easily accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two twin beds in each and a forth with double bed, a living-room with American-style kitchenette, equipped with microwave, juicer, coffee-maker, kettle etc....A flat-screen television, a table and chairs, a comfortable sofa for relaxing after excursions around the city, as well as two fully-equipped bathrooms, with shower and toilet. The lovely parquet flooring, along with the warmly-toned walls, help to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The area in which the apartment is located is well-communicated and very close to the city centre: 10 minutes from the metro (3 stations) or from the tram station. If you would like to explore the neighbourhood, you should be aware that the extremely well-known 'Glorias' shopping centre is very nearby, as is the agbar tower, one of Barcelona's main tourist attractions, with its innovative architecture and colours. Within the area, you will find a wide selection of clothes shops and many restaurants. If you prefer relaxing or would like to entertain the kids, there is also 'Clot' park.

Onderdak in comfortabele, schone en goed gelegen. Hoewel de eigenschap heeft geen radiatoren in de kamers (een van hen is erg koud), is het algemene gevoel voor deze doeleinden van absolute welzijn. De buurt is rustig, zeer goed is aangesloten en er is geen nacht van \"jaleo\". Het zou verbeteren de... ... van handdoeken, vrij oud en een beetje schaars. R., eigenaar, nuttig uitstekend.
Alojamiento confortable, limpio y bien ubicado. Pese a que el inmueble carece de radiadores en las habitaciones (una de ellas es muy fría), la sensación general a estos efectos es de absoluto bienestar. El barrio es tranquilo, está muy bien comunicado y no hay "jaleo" nocturno. Mejoraría el ...servicio de toallas, bastante viejas y un poco escasas. R., la propietaria, nos atendió estupendamente.

We doorgebracht drie nachten in dit appartement die comfortabel is, goed geplaatst (metro, winkelcentrum, markt, parkeren).Het moet echter renovatie, met name voor de 2 badkamers.
Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet appartement qui est confortable, bien placé (métro,centre commercial ,marché,parking payant).Cependant il aurait besoin de rénovation , surtout pour les 2 salles d'eau .

Alles was echt extra, de eigenaar gaf ons zeer goede uitleg en verwelkomden we vriendelijk omdat we laat zijn aangekomen en hij zeer uitgebreid was.
Tout était vraiment extra, le propriétaire nous a donné de très bonnes explications et nous a accueilli gentilment car nous sommes arrivé avec du retard et il a été très compréhensif.

Het appartement is ruim en leuk, en paleis met lift. Helaas het was niet erg schoon maar de contactpersoon en is zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. De positie en de \'Vlekkeloos kamer\', in enkele minuten u bereikt de metro (binnenkant is er ook een treinstation om te reizen naar de luchthaven) en ook een ...shopping centrum met supermarkt, winkels, restaurants enz. We bevonden ons goed en rustig aanbevelen.
L'appartamento e' spazioso e carino, il palazzo curato e con ascensore. Purtroppo non era pulitissimo ma la persona di contatto e' molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione e' comodissima', in pochi minuti e' possibile raggiungere la metropolitana (all'interno vi e' anche la stazione del treno per ...recarsi all'aeroporto) e anche un centro commerciale con supermercato, negozi, ristoranti etc. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo tranquillamente.
