This charming 80m2 apartment has a 35m2 terrace and is ideal for business trips as well as holidays with family and friends.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is situated in a calm street and the care taken in its decoration and design give an impression of peace and tranquility. It sleeps 6 people and comprises two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and a single sofa-bed). The lounge comes equipped with a plasma-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a double sofa-bed. From there you have access to the magnificent terrace, on which you can look forward to enjoying meals in a relaxed, open-air atmosphere. Both the lounge and the main bedroom have air conditioning, the second bedroom has a fan. The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the necessary tools and utensils for your stay (Nespresso- machine inclusive) and is equipped with washing machine. The bathroom with a bath is ideal for relaxing after a long day walking around the streets of Barcelona.
The apartment´s fantastic location, close to the FIRA business-fair area, allows easy access to points of interest such as the MNAC (The Catalan National Museum of Art), the Olympic Stadium and the Palau Sant Jordi events hall. From the Espanya metro station (lines 1 and 3), located just 300m away, you will be able to get to the Ramblas and to Barcelona's port area, home to many excellent bars and restaurants.
Important note: This apartment is located in a quiet and family orientated building where it is absolutely prohibited making excessive noise after 23h.

Die Vermieter waren absolut top!!! Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Das Appartement war wie beschrieben, sauber, hell und super ausgerüstet! Lage ist ein Traum - nah an der U-Bahn und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Ist eine traumhafte Rückzugs- und Erholungsoase nach einem anstrengenden ...Besichtigungstag dieser Traumstadt! Wir sind begeistert!

Mooi modern appartement met alle het comfort, een beetje luidruchtig op een ochtend van de bovenstaande flat maar het ligt in een woonwijk en de lokale bevolking hoeft te gaan werken.O. de eigenaar was zeer nuttig en op het einde van de telefoon als we haar nodig. Zou zeker aanbevelen het ...appartement, fantastische in de zomer zou zijn zoals het terras-gebied is briljant.
Nice modern apartment with all the mod cons, a little noisy on a morning from the above apartment but it is in a residential area and the locals do have to go to work. O. the owner was very helpful and on the end of the phone if we needed her. Would definately recommend the apartment, would be fabulous in summer as the terrace area is brilliant.

De matres in de grote slaapkamer was zeer unconfortable. We wakker met rugpijn elke dag. Naast dat het appartement was ok.

Nos alojamos 4 adultos y 1 bebé durante un fin de semana, nos encantó la ubicación del apartamento ya que nosotros viajábamos por trabajo a la Fira de Barcelona y practicamente estábamos enfrente!!!
