This pleasant apartment is near the famous Plaza Real, built in the 19th century. The square hosts many bars, restaurants and terraces that fill its grand arches, and in its centre stands a large fountain, “La Fuente de las Tres Gracias”.
The Barrio Gotico is a very lively area where you will find many typical shops. In this neighbourhood, without walking far, you will come across the historic and cultural past of Barcelona.
This 90sqm apartment is in a traditional building with a lift. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with two singles beds each.
The wide and bright living room has a double sofa bed and a table with chairs. It is a very comfortable room, with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD player, radio and internet connection.
The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances that you could need during your stay: an oven, microwave, coffee pot, juicer and grill. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
The bathroom has a shower/tub, sink and WC

Internet access was very good with decent bandwidth. I think a few small amenities like toilet paper, bath soap and maps would make the apartment more comfortable at little cost. Overall we were very happy with the location and service and would stay there again.

Prachtige locatie. Goed uitgeruste en ruime accommodatie. Contactpersoon, A, was bijzonder nuttig en gaf ons enkele zeer goede aanbevelingen voor bars, restaurants en plaatsen om te zien

A., de contactpersoon was erg behulpzaam. De overdracht van de luchthaven naar het appartement was het super. We waren al in de ochtend het appartement en houden tot later in de middag op de dag van vertrek.De woonsituatie niet beter zou kunnen zijn: centraal maar zeer rustig (als gevolg van ... ...achtertuin uitgelijnd), slechts een steenworp afstand van Plaça Reial.De accommodatie is schoon en compleet. Zeer uitgebreid en goed Wi-Fi verbinding.
A., die Kontaktperson war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung durch ihn war super. Wir durften die Wohnung bereits am Vormittag beziehen und am Abreisetag bis am späteren Nachmittag behalten. Die Wohnungslage könnte nicht besser sein: absolut zentral aber sehr ruhig (da auf ...Hinterhof ausgerichtet), nur ein paar wenige Schritte vom Placa Reial entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und vollständig. Sehr grosszügig und gute WLAN-Verbindung.

Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en in een uitstekende positie. A., onze contactpersoon, zeer vriendelijk adviseren goede restaurants en tapasbars ook ons oppikken van het vliegveld.Geen enkel probleem.
