Mooi en licht appartement in een rustige buurt

Rien à dire l'appartement était très bien, totalement à la hauteur de nos attentes. pas de problèmes sauf peut être les voisins du haut qui faisait beaucoup de bruit en debut de soirée! Le métro est tout près, tout bien

Perfect appartment for two adults and 3 kids. Comfortable beds. Okay cleanliness. Smelly bathroom, and the door could not be closed. Thin walls between one bedroom and the neighbour. Very small lift, so we could not fit the stroller (pretty big, though) in there. No soap for the dish washer. Nice, talkative porter. No noise from the street- wonderful!

Very basic but very secure. Needed more bathroom hooks or towel bars, more towels, more pillows. Need directions on how to use the washer. The sewer odor in the large bathroom really needs to be corrected if at all possible (others before me have commented on this). I just started plugging the drains at night to stop it. I think you offer an excellent service and O was a terrific contact person. BUT, this apartment needs more work to make it more appealing to guests. Location is great, we had an easy time getting around from there for our first time in Barcelona. I only wish we had known right away that the nearest Metro stop was Hospital-Clinic, not d'Urgell!

This was a very well priced appartment. Three bedrooms and a kitchen were ideal for our stay of one week (2 adults and 2 children). The bathroom does not smell so bad (as noted in some previous reviews) but there was some noise from neighbours. This is not a sound proofed appartment. Having said this, many appartments around the world have noise issues with neighbours so this is not a unique issue here. At times the hot water in the main shower was a little temperamental too. These small issues aside, you get what you pay for and we were satisfied with the price-quality bargain of this appartment.

El alojamiento está en muy buenas condiciones, está renovado, bastante limpio, cómodo y en buena situación. El único inconveniente es que cuando los vecinos se duchan o hacen algo de ruido parce que es en el propio piso y te puedes dar un susto. Las personas que nos han atendido ya sea al contactar como en la entrega del piso fue excelente, fueron muy puntuales a la hora de la entrega, nos informaron muy bien sobre todo lo referente a actividades y zonas a visitar . EXCELENTE
