This large apartment is located in the Barcelona district of Poble Nou, a dynamic yet calm area where there is a good balance of past and present.
Poblenou developed throughout the XVII century as an industrial centre, the most elite in Cataluña, and became the most important in Spain in the XIX century. From the 1960s onwards there was an intense process of de-industrialization and from an industrial district it became a more residential area where the large warehouses made room to houses, markets, bars and restaurants. Another important date in its development was the 1992 Olympic Games where the district underwent a period of important reform and transformation.
Currently it is a residential area with numerous bars and restaurants and a good selection of night life.
This apartment is located in one of the most attractive areas: the Rambla del Poble Nou, just a few blocks away from the beach.

The 56m2 apartment provides all commodities you may require during your stay and you will feel very much at home. There are two bedrooms a lounge/dining room, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The lounge/dining room is wonderfully light with large windows and balcony, and is fitted with a sofa, arm chair and a separate dining area with a table seating four people.
Each bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fitted with all utensils and equipment necessary to prepare meals (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill and fridge). Other commodities include air conditioning, heating, TV and an internet connection, washing machine and dryer as well as iron and hairdryer.
