This sunny 55m2 apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay near to some of Barcelona’s most peaceful beaches. The apartment is divided into a lounge-dining room area with American-style kitchen, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom that can sleep up to 3 people.

Guests will enjoy this designer apartment with fantastic views of the sea, modern furnishing and internet access. The accommodation is fitted with air condition for the summer and central heating for winter stays. The lounge-dining room is fitted with a flat-screen television, comfortable sofa, table and chairs for mealtimes, and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The spacious bedroom has a bath and en suite bathroom (with a bath) that is separated from the lounge-dining room by a sliding door.

You can enjoy two swimming pools on the fifth floor, after speaking with the owner regarding their use.

Enjoy a stroll along the beaches of Barcelona, taste one of the best paellas on the planet in the “Xiringuito de Escriba” or discover the charms of the Rambla del Poble by bus and metro lines; the nearest stop is Poble Nou.
